This isn't a nerf. People shouldn't call it one. If they released it then weakened it, then it would be a nerf.

Dude... Get your head out of your ass, I was referring to DRK/SAM zerg build that no longer works. Also to answer you questions, yes in the aforementioned situation - you would've had SV Marches and Hasso on. I thought that was pretty obvious. lolOriginally Posted by Khrno

Sorry guy, but you're the idiot on this one. It doesn't matter if it's only in very rare situations; the ability to have 100% haste or more means that you attack infinite times per second, making it to where you could solo any mob, instantly. Now do you understand?Originally Posted by Khrno

I didn't think people still complained about not having 93% Haste anymore, but seems I was wrong.
Haste cap is good, DB 25% is good, stop QQing and go get on DRK more than just for zergs, then maybe you will understand.
God damn you're dumb. I've not cried about shit in this thread, in fact that last post was the only thing I've said. I'm merely pointing out why some people are sad about the haste changes of the prior patch; it'd mean they could 'break the game'. Obviously something that couldn't be allowed to happen; the change needed to be made. However, that's why he was 'crying' about it. Saying that you didn't understand that because you use your DRK for more than zergs? Sorry, but you should understand that regardless.Originally Posted by Khrno
first, its totally normal zerg has been nerfed
But with 2 march , I was getting lot of fun every 4min10, then it was gimped of 5% , and 5/5 dont push the limit away anyway ... yeah i can replace some atk part over haste one..woot a 20+ atk boost !
in term of fun , you cant compare the current DB with Overhelm where you get a clear boost of 25% of every WS you do and when you know WS dmg is the main output of the job...
Just accept than overhelm is the best offensive JA/JT at least![]()
Will not be satisfied until SAM can use fully merited penance chi blasts when tanking >:O
notrly I'm completely content with the extra boostI just wish they'd give my drg a reason to come out of hiding
As long as it's not a gimp, I'm happy. We've gotten lots of big improvements unexpectedly already. When we got Hasso/Seigan, I was surprised and thought SE was too generous. Then we got Overwhelm and I thought it was too good to be true. After Sekkanoki, SE is just spoiling us.
I've been hoping for 12% movement speed for SAM since Herald Gaiters. With Striders, W.Feet and Herald Gaiters, I thought they were slowly going to give them to all the jobs. But after Salvage and this update, it seems they have totally forgotten about us SAM.
Sorry to go off topic but I been looking for a decent FFXI IRC server/chan/etc. for a while now... Which do you use?Originally Posted by Ashira
They should have just made it 4% per upgrade and cap at 20% with 5/5

bottom line is 20% is higher than 15%. I don't see what there is to complain about. SE gave us sekkanoki, boosted (and then nerfted) 2-handed weapons, and gave us a more powerful overwhelm. I can live with that.
I shudder to imagine the epic bitching that would have taken place if Squenix had lowered existing Overwhelm x3 from 15% to 12%. It would make the current crying sound like a friendly whisper.Originally Posted by Starr
There's a large group of us on bg irc, which I believe the details for which are on the announcement stickies on the top of the forum... we're on GameSurge, channel #bluegartrls.Originally Posted by Zhillarsk
