He might just be an Odin type mob that you can only fight in the appropriate instance.

Only difference between DR, Ixion, and Rapdio is that Rapido has a HP bar. If they are on for storyline that is retarded imo. Wouldn't surprise me coming from SE tho.

Unless their is some magically way to aggro them like Taisaijin lol

Ok, have AU complete, runic key, Captain, Beat the three AU kings, Odin, Chariots, have two people in your party, one at the ebon panels, one at the engraved tablets, they both trade the respective jailer and nyzul weapons, while you simultaneously sodomize Ixion with a nyzul weapon, then there is a 5% chance he will challenge you to a fight...



...but only if you have the title "Virtuous Saint" when you do this.

If you get to fight him, take a soulplate shot, and if it's good enough, Saka/Ryo will give you an item to pop the Ixion Prime...

In the story SE posted about Ixion, Ixion did stop by a wounded soldier, so possibly death, or relatively low HP near Ixion is required.
