Looks like the mats are, the cape and cloak are high % but not 100%, and the dagger is relatively good rate, possibly the same as the cloak and cape but maybe not.

Most of them HNM dosnt repop right after the server is up. No idea what the repop on this is though. Might find out tomorrow
