HA! I scared it once, which was clearly a mistake, which I apologised for nubbers. But pardon me for not wanting yellow pearls monopolising it. And why don't you ask your own LS who scared it in Jugner? Lol. I saw it 3 times, once when I sacred in Ronf, once when Ex scared in Jugner and once while Stan was being smacked against a wall. Fun times.

3 for 3 claims on Seraph. Trying to break horn but are so far unsuccessful. =/

Edit: Ended up breaking horn at 25%ish. Barrage was working while it was down. It regenned the horn like 2 minutes later from momento.

Edit2: Uhh... the shit is going insane... just worked two tanks and we're just kinda letting it run around now recovering lol. This is incredibly interesting.

Edit3: No dagger, rest drops. So that's 3 capes, 3 cloaks, 2 daggers.

Could we get people to start taking down pos of where they seen Dark Ixion in zones? I don't think it would randomly be placed anywhere in any zone, but could probably narrow it down to a few places.

anyone knows how long it takes for him to repop when some other LS wiped to him and dissappear?'

or does it count as "im sorry but your ixion is in another zone now" after any form of depop?

edit: 5 hrs since last group wiped, and no repop yet O_O we have 1-2 people in every zone atm >_<

So far in 3 claims we've seen it in 4 zones (first day people scared it off twice). Positions I can confirm are:

Batallia Downs - (G-7)

Rolanberry Fields - (I-11)

West Sarutabaruta - (G-7)

There was also a time when we saw it in Grauberg, it popped towards the south side of the map. Might have been towards the middle or a bit off to the west i'm not sure, it disappeared before most of the LS could get there.

We have seen it in Rolanberry, Batallia, Ronfaure.

In Batallia, it was around that hill with the monument on top of it with all the tigers around.
In Rolanberry, it was around I-10
In Ronfaure, it was in the Skogs Fru area.

Both times we killed it in Batallia.

Did anyone actually saw it depop without it being agroed? We followed him 20 min in west saru yesterday before someone agroed. Never saw it depop without agro.

In reference to a shell wiping, you can claim instant it goes yellow, don't have to let it depop/run away. First Ixion on Fenrir a JP shell wiped to it and we claimed on yellow. I know that doesn't exactly answer the post about the repop timer, but next time you can have a hold team there incase so don't have to wait for repop :D

Im gonna be honest, you are really really funny Griev, two ppl camping ixion and by camping you mean following the yellow pearls around and waiting for tanks to OP (dont deny that, i was followed for a solid 5min and asked where it was by your tank) while the rest of your ls sits around doin nothing lol. Anyway, super fun fight, daily HNM though, idk kinda hoped for a longer window lol, and griev the amount of how much i wanna watch 73 ppl get raped by it is far beyond any desire to monopolize lol

I had myself and 2 mules checking zones, go figure if someone else can't be arsed checking /sigh. We were'nt looking to kill last night, we didn't have the members online/on shell w/e. Regardless of that I'm a fucking fair guy who personally just wanted to see it and get a ToD of some sort. You should stop tarring people with the same brush mate. Would a form of crit hit seem to break the horn? I'm thinking SAM/THF wise, or would it be best overall to /RNG -> Sidewinder.

From experience on other things i'd sam SAM/THF or SMN would most likely produce Crits (Given they're not made of fail), in order to break the horns. If it's similar to Khimaira I've always seen Garuda own the Wings fast, I would assume something similar towards ixion crits for his Horn.
