Perhaps since his HP% carries through maint, maybe his ToD does as well? To the servers that had it popped after maint, would window had been open at that time?

If that was the case it would have popped on Fairy already from yesterdays tod, and it hasnt yet.

still no pop and its getting very frustrating , 1 RNG in every zone in the 4hrs after maintenance and in exact positions. so it defiantly haven't spawned -..-

EDIT: the first fight in beginning of this thread was our LS while we didn't know the % , after maintenance another LS claimed with 37% HP so this means we were actually damaging it. and it got carried away after maintenance. this in regard with the previous poster to give more evidence that he is in fact carries his HP after maintenance.
