New ToAU NMs (Now with 100% more Pandemonium!) pg77

Just got both attachments off of 4 Obs as well as the Earring which, as I think people have probably reported, adds 6hp/tick to Repair. Meh. Coiler is nice apart from thunder maneuvers encouraging shitty WS. Have yet to test Steam Jacket... although it didn't seem to be making enough of a difference against Vulpangue's ridiculous wind shears.

Similar defence and magic resistance to real khim, about 2/3rds the HP. Similar attack power too, except of course the 50% Fulmi.

We had 18, took maybe 35-45 mins. Definatly not zergable, stun resist and mass TP moves would eat you pretty fast. Lack of slow makes it pretty tricky.

Bit disappointed you need 16-18ish people for the T4s, was really hoping you could be able to 10-12 or like Nyzul-ish toughness, bleh.

It's just a bit complicated seeing as how to pop it you need to do 100% of the work yourself, or with friends, and then you need your LS to kill, looks like it's going to have to be done as LS events like KS99 nights.

Sort of reminds me of ENM farming for cloud evokers. You do all that shit on your own then use your LS for Ouryu/BV2.

We tried to abuse the little terrain difference like at Khimaira, didn't work, Fulmination still hit everyone when it went off at ~50%HP. edit: 3 ppl were out of range as you can see on the pic, not sure how much ' it was since i was tanking but they did not get hit.

The biggest change is basically that Tyger hits super fast, might be tough for NIN tanks. Dreadstorm and Thunderstorm did less dmg than we're used to from the original. Other than that it's a Khimaira with a lootpool.

You don't need 16-18 ppl, we just had a full ally to be safe because we didn't know what to expect. PLD PLD BRD RDM WHM + 1-2 good DD, BRD and 2 stunners can do this unless you have 1set PLDs & unreliable stunners. Our main DD was BLU/THF, did 1,2k~ cannonballs with SATA. 4 BLMs for extra dmg.

I'm running out of people to give Ob's Arm away to. Why does this NM hate me so much? If I hit 0/10 I'm just going to give up; it takes far too long to convince people to come out and fight the thing over lolpup attachments. And Ob has put me dead last in my group on key items to pop higher ranked mobs.

My favorite part is that the +hMP feet, Garuda hat, Beastslayers, and whatever else we want from the tier1 NMs drop like they're going out of style. Ob is just a bitch.

Yes; every single kill. Which I suppose would be why every other NM drops its max possible drops for us. Ob just will not cooperate.

I'm pretty well known on Odin for being painfully unlucky though. I stand at a mighty 0/52 on Leaping Lizzy (I wish I were kidding). And yes, I've brought THF to that too.

Tier IV khim down on Unicorn. Totally immune to slow and elegy, ESed or not. Started using Fulmi at 50%, stated to resist quickly.

Aurum Cuirass, Hachiryu Kote + usual khim mats dropped. No pop item though :\

How many people to kill? + How much HP relative to real khimaira? Zergable?

Also regarding hydra, would the WAR WAR WAR Relic NIN BRD BRD and an outside healing party work to zerg it down quick or x?

Hmm might be, for us magic seemed to work best all tp attacks did double dmg to me than what normal hydra does, Baraera 400+ breaths about 400 and forget dispel move >< but did 1000+ one shotted one war in alliance we used a pld nin tank and i didnt get as much hate as i would on normal hydra seemed higher defence even with hedgehog pie and drk roll max rampage i got was 500ish, and it did seem to use nerve gas alot more, if plenty of outside healing i think its most likely probable that could,
