Probably doesnt, but it kinda sucks
Oh god yes, it's stats are pretty terrible, but if the icon is anything to go by it'll look much more interesting than the Tred Scythe I've been staring at for years, or something which was made by Mattel. Like Perdu.

Considering most of the creatures asked for are in and around the level 50+ ToAU areas, and need to be claimed/at low HP to be worth a lot of points, I doubt you could get lots with a 10-a-day limit on a mule. For example, right now is Dark Elementals (ugh). I went and took a few of unclaimed 100% HP ones in Sky, and got 15 a pop. True you can go to much lower ares for thinks like tigers, elementals, spiders etc, but still, it's much faster to deck something to low HP, sleep it, and click away on your 75 character, then drop them all off.
the idea is that only one person needs to farm the plates. I currently can farm 20 plates on my bard mule and mail my main the 10 needed for the quota. because of this i can get 2x the zeni.
now.. if there's no lv requirement I could also do the same on low lv characters for 5x the normal zeni rate and simply drop the ex "trophies" onto my main characters for the higher tiers. So by exploiting this I could have the mules "farm" tier 1~2 and then keep the majority of the zeni on the main character to spam tier 3~5 at an accelerated rate.

Just killed Dea btw, the fight was easy as hell idk what you had trouble with Wulfgang.
We fought it like the first day this stuff came out, didn't really know what to expect; and as I said, in retrospect, it was pretty damn easy compared to Nuhn and some other NMs.

We killed Hydra with 9, my post is nestled somewhere a few pages back. Were surprised as it was not very much like the real Hydra; majority of our damage came from our SCH.

I'm thinkin about two parties, PLD PLD RDM WHM SMN BRD and BLM BLM BLM BRD RNG, or something similar. Cause I don't think I'd be able to find a lot of people. Any elements in particular useful/not useful? (stone lol)

Might have been said 8 times, here it is for the 9th.

Just finished up 2 Walgaru, easy fight with 11. PLD PLD RDM RDM RDM BRD SMN DRK DRG THF THF (I asked for help in LS and took every one who came) Has 3 modes. 2 arms and spams Dire Straight. Hits PLD average for about 250-300 non shield block. At 75% his arm blows off and does 500 AoE damage. At this point he spams Sinker Drill for about 400 damage on tanks. At about 10% his top part blows off and only his legs are left. He runs around and does not melee at this point or use TP. Hate is normal, enfeebles are almost 100% resist. The only ones that I saw stick were bind and paralyze, neither lasted long at all. Over all easy fight. Got head and shield first kill. Shield second kill.

Just did 2 more of these myself(have done 1 a few days ago). The %'s you listed are not exactly correct. The only one that is consistant is his right arm blowing off at 75%, the rest of the body parts don't necessarly fall off at all. The first kill I made sure was overkill just to get a sense of the fight; think there was 11 of us. The 2nd fight I cut it down a lot and only brought 5 people, pld/nin rdm/blm smn drk/sam drg/sam. We noticed that it was taking weird damage until 75% when the arm blows off(It's actually an attack that it uses, can't remeber the name of it though) then it starts taking full damage. The 2nd arm blew off at 63% that fight and the body fell off at 51% right after a chaotic strike. This leads me to believe that the right arm is % based and the left arm/body are crit based. The 3rd fight we mixed it up a little and brought pld/drk rdm/whm smn smn sam/war. I don't really know who noticed it first(not me, lol) but someone mentioned that damage was being done better from the side of Wulgaru. It probably needs a little more testing, but we found that while his right arm was still attached, if you damaged from the side he took full damage. And oh, the 3rd fight he had all his body parts besides his right arm when we killed it.

Re: New ToAU NMs (post findings here)

    Experimental Lamia - Easily Lowmanned

-Take it to the southern zone to fight it

-Fight it until the three babies come out, two samurai mermaid + rdm mermaid (shadowdancer)

-As mentioned in previous posts, the babies will have shared hate with the NM's target and will NOT leave that target when touched. So at this point, have the entire party ZONE. Upon re-zoning back in, the NM will NOT aggro anyone. At this point have one person outside of party shoot the NM and run towards the zone. While the kiter has aggro on the NM the main group can pull a baby off. The NM will NOT link to the baby when the individual who initially aggroed the NM zones. Therefore, one person can continuously kite the NM+remaining babies to the zone while the main party kills one baby at a time even while right in front of the NM+remaining babies.

-Based on observation the NM will BELLYDANCE (charmga) three times, once for each baby. It will use the move immediatly after a baby dies. When solo kiter aggros the NM after a baby is dead, it will ready bellydance and the target will be out of range. Because of this, instead of everyone jumping on the NM after the third baby, let the solo kiter run it back to the zone one more time to expend Experimental Lamia's last bellydance.

We did this with 8, including one THF who just hit it for TH and myself on RNG sat out the entire fight waiting for another bellydance after the initial three so I could keep the group at the zone until they were uncharmed. I can see it being done with 4-6 easily. You could do it Ix'DRG style and not kill a baby at all with each BLM in its own party then joining together for the finishing blow. Of course due to MP you would need someone with /NIN and ranged weapon to zone it while resting MP. Or you can do this melee style, PLD+healers+dmg+sole kiter using the baby seperation method described above. Don't crow up as Arrow Deluge is directional and it does hurt.

    Dismemberment?
Detonating Grip, I believe, is a powered-up NM version of Dismemberment (might just be what Dismemberment is called for the larger arm, idk).

Either way, both WS do the same thing.

Pretty sure that Detonating Grip is only used by the Dire Straight arm (it was a pretty specific animation), on ours however none of the other parts fell off before it died so I can't speak as to the rest of the parts.

Re: New ToAU NMs (post findings here)

I was a believer in the shared hate until today. It seemed like they were going for completely random targets, contrary to our previous fight. We did fight it near the zone so maybe that wacked it out, but I don't recall anyone zoning before the other Lamia started to shift targets(which seemed quite random). Belly Dance is definitely tied to the pets. I thought it only had access to Belly Dance when the pets were out, but maybe it's like you say and does it when they die. Either way, killing them off makes the fight a complete joke.

When we did lamia, the babies didn't have shared hate until Mama Lamia used a WS. When she used a WS, all the hate on the melees reset and the lamias charged straight to the tanks.

Out of the 3 T1 NMs for Pine Green Seal (Apkallu, Chigre, Velionis), which would be the easiest to do? Or have any been duo'd with say blm + rdm, or 2smn.

Actually interested in any T1 NM that anyone can confirm to be an easy duo

Since when was Ridill "effective" on normal Hydra? Every time we kill it with 6 people we use either GAxe WAR/NIN or SAM/NIN. Usually 2 GAxe WAR/NIN and 1 SAM/NIN. Has always been way better for us than the WARs taking out their stupid blue swords.

Lil'apkallu is the easiest. 2-3 can kill it easily.

Always seemed to cut more head with axe/ridill than g.axe. Doesnt matter much either way, cause the fight is a joke.

The lil'Apk is definitely straightforward, I'd go with him. I'm not having much luck with drops so far with tier 1s. I have only popped three but not seen a single drop.
