Yes they probably shouldn't have traded it to that ???, but they did. It also wouldn't have even been an issue if SE didn't fuck it up either. I haven't played since the introduction of these new ZNMs, but I played for 4 years before that. Did quest text EVER matter? No. Not one time have I ever gave half a shit what a quest NPC told me. Why? Because it was always worthless information that wasn't exactly clear to the player. If you can provide a screenshot of the NPC saying "The Pandemonium ??? spawn point that you trade <key> to, is located at (?-?) in Aydeewa Subterrane." then I'll stfu and go back to wiping on the Eredar Twins.

Unless said goblin teleports you to the subterrane to pop said monster, not really, since all mobs that can be shown in wajaom are listed in the zone DAT and there isn't a single instance of him there. That and the fact that the only zone that DID get a pandemonium of any sort was the subterrane, so if the goblin did do anything it would have to involve moving you there.

The GM is just pulling normal GM bullshit for "I don't know the answer, but if I tell them this I don't have to do anything about it and just tell the dev team to ninja fix this in an emergency maint", don't accept it. Keep going til you get an SGM or LGM or whatever you need til you get the right answer.
