    Einherjar findings

    http://img111.imageshack.us/img111/8084/odin5oq2.jpg

We did Odin today after the version update and received 2880 points compared to the 1250 you used to get before the update. Also, the person who trades the lamp to reserve odin's chamber MUST ENTER the chamber before anyone else can enter. So, you HAVE to use separate mules to keep Odin on a 4 run cycle. Grats to Oro on the helm, #3 for us ^^

So, were looking at 2 mules to keep odin on the cycle? Still not bad, really.

I've been a little confused. Why cycle mules when you can just have people do it themselves and rotate that way? Or are the mules meant to be insurance against missing people?

Because the people would lose the feathers they get, it works like this.

Lets say mule 1 does Ein # 1, 4, 7 and people get the 3 feathers, so thats 1 Odin.

Now mule 2 that didnt enter Odin does Ein # 2, 5, 8 and the people yet again do Odin so thats 2 Odins.

Now the 3rd mule will do Ein 3, 6, 9 so now thats another Odin and then the cycle repeats, one of the 3 mules will get another Odin in 3 more Eins. So with 3 mules you have a never ending cycle.

They just changed it, today, so it only takes one feather from each tier to enter.

i though it said entry into Odin's chamber still had the same Req. as before... lemme re-read it.

    from the update notes

At present, entry into Valgrind, the most remote chamber in the Hazhalm Testing Grounds, requires that all participants have cleared all chambers in Wings I, II, and III, and have the appropriate key item in their possession.
This requirement of clearing all nine wings will now apply only to the player making the reservation for Odin's Chamber. All other participating members now need only have cleared one chamber from each wing, and thus be in possession of a total of at least three valkyrie feathers.
Entry into Valgrind will still result in the loss of any and all related key items in all player inventories.

Reread my post about the mules, then reread the part that you put in bold.

You have it all wrong. 1 person has to have all 9 feathers, while everyone else needs to have 1 from each tier. The best way to do this, and you have to have the mules present for all the fights but odin(you only need 1 at odin). After you have your first pop set, the ideal way to schedule this is:

    Do
    1-1, 2-1. 3-1, Odin
    1-2, 2-2. 3-2, Odin
    1-3, 2-3. 3-3, Odin

This makes sure that even after you use your feathers, you are re-getting what you have used, while getting the 1 win for each tier that the alliance needs.

    Re: Einherjar findings

If your a new LS with no feathers then yes the first Odin will take a while to get to, but if you have 3 mules there with you after the first Odin you can hop into the cycle on doing it every 4th run.

Do all chambers 3 mules have 9 feathers each.

Fight Odin with Mule 1's feathers.

Now everyone needs 3 feathers again so you do 1,4,7 and mule 1 has those feathers.

Now you fight Odin with Mule 2's feathers.

Now everyone needs 3 feathers again so you do 2,5,8. Mule 1 now has 1,2,4,5,7,8 and mule 2 has 2,5,8.

Fight Odin with Mule 3's feathers.

Now everyone needs 3 feathers to enter again so you do 3,6,9. Now mule 1 has 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 & 9, mule 2 has 2,3,5,6,8 &9, mule 3 has 3,6,9. You can fight Odin again and just keep rinsing and repeating.
