Kirin strategy would work well here (he's about as hard to kite), resisted stuns 100% after just a short while so I'd advise saving them for cures only so no NIN/DRK kiter, RDM/NIN or w/e with magic set on

I think I read somewhere its like red/yellow HP for latent to activate so not exactly the greatest dagger.

The Scythe has a latent on it too, enhances triple attack rate or something. I'd bet the Dagger and Scythe need to be in same party similar to the Z's trident.

I can tell you firsthand that the latent on Z's Trident does not activate the way it says by the other wiki. I'm honestly not sure what to try out in order to test how it really is activated.

We do have all three on different people though.
