Truth about Nyzul Weapons

I know there has been a lot of topics going on about how to upgrade these Nyzul weapons, and I was wondering if anybody could help clarify what exactly must be done.

I myself am a Captain, and have the paladin sword, ready to upgrade, I do not however have the runic key, and when I tried to give Naja's assistant the weapon, he told me I needed the runic key.

I looked in some of the other topics and read some of the screen shots with the conversation with Naja after being given a weapon with a runic key holder to kill the 4 chariots, the 3 Beastmen Leaders, and defeat Odin. So... so far we have:

1) Become Captain
2) Walk into Naja's chambers and get the CS to activate the quest "An Imperial Heist"
3) Acquire Nyzul Weapon and Runic Key and trade weapon to Naja's assisstant
4) Defeat the 4 chariots, 3 Beastmen leaders, and Odin

Then... I began hearing all these rumors about needing a Balrahn patch, 100k ampoules from Einherjar, and completing all of the assaults again. I am just curious... are those really requirements to upgrade the weapon? From the screenshots I've seen so far, those requirements come from a Qiqirn named Paparoon in Nashmau (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=34665&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=90). Is that qiqirn really part of the quest? It seems odd to me that this qiqirn would give this information to somebody who didn't have the quest "An Imperial Heist" which is obviously the quest for obtaining the Nyzul weapons in upgraded form. I went and spoke to Paparoon and he didn't give me the conversation that is posted on the mentioned link.

So my question is... other than the listing 1-4 I made above, are there any other requirements to progress in the weapon upgrade? And if not, what proof do you have that the conversation with the Qiqirn is actually part of "An Imperial Heist".

Thanks much anybody who responds, just trying to see if climbing to 100 is worth it to get a runic key for myself.

Obligatory "read the other thread".

But you wont get the CS with the Qiqirn until you active the quest "the emperial heist".

And it is still unknown wether you need all 3 of those requirements (plus the book), or just one/several.

Here, I'll read for you since you're not capable of it. The information is there already:

You need Captain rank
You need a weapon
You need the Runic Key
You need to have killed all 4 Salvage boss chariots
You need to have killed all 3 ToAU beastman kings
You need to have killed Odin

We are uncertain as to whether or not you will need to complete all four of the following requirements or just one (as nobody has completed even one and reported here as of yet); common sense says one though based on how SE has stated they want these to be easier to complete:

50,000 Alexandrite
A 100,000 ampoule item
Redo all 50 Assaults and trade an item to the Rune of Release before leaving each area.
A 150,000 token book

After this there seems to be text in the .DAT that insinuates a fight of some sort to unlock the true potential of the weapon, but nobody has completed the previous requirement so nobody knows just what exactly it involves.
