Bright-handed Kuntberry broken?

So the servers went up at 3pm est yesterday. I logged on today and was in Yhoator Jungle by 11:30am today. There were 2 others activly wandering around the spawn when I got there. It's now 12:40 and none of us have seen the NM yet. The only other people that have been in the zone were low levels in an exp party. There was an update today, but nothing about maintenance. Anyone else having problems with this guy or other 21 hour NM's?

Same problem, never spawned on Bismarck.

Friend of mine had the same problem, but I think he got there about 15-20 minutes late after servers went back up, so he could've missed it.

I did that on purpose, I'm 0/20+ on the drop and now it's not spawning...

servers are up before players can actually log in to play. Assume servers went up more than 30 minutes before players could login (more than likely), then you would have been there late, and someone else could have gotten it

After maintenance, window is 21 hours from the end of maintenance

and yes, servers go up before you're actually allowed to log in, so you have to take that into account as well.

Wasn't this one of those NMs that pops 72 hours after servers come up and every ~21 hours after that? I thought it was. I hunted this thing to death a few years ago. I'm pretty sure I remember that little tidbit.

No. That said, if you have npc.exe(if it even still works) or artmoney you could check if it's even popped since maint to see if it is really glitched.

Not shopped, the wyvern actually readied combo against me (and died promptly after to evisceration). I have the full screenshot at home, and after it readied combo, i had a good "wtf?" look on my face for a solid 5 seconds

first and only wyvern ive ever seen use combo, heh.

I've used artmoney before. How would I go about checking this?

I experienced this too; was helping my friend camp. Got to pop area around 20 min before he should have popped, there was 1 person in zone who was there also camping. By about half-past 3 more people had shown up and still no pop at which point we gave up.

He should follow same respawn time rules etc as shikigami weapon? There were people in ro'maeve at the same time subbing rng
