In any case, the Republicans are the conservatives. They are the traditional values party which is, by definition, conservative.

It also leads to hypocrisies since America has always been defined by argument and dissent so trying to stick to the 'traditional values America has held dear' often means trying to find a balance between the traditional American value of free speech and the traditional American value of keeping the country clean.

Personally, I think most people have some soorta "fetish" weather it be animals going at it, or some girl/guy with an animal, or girls peeing on each other, puke, poop, marine life (sea cucumber, squid, octopus, eel) and to them it dosne't seem "obscene". Society just makes a "norm" and anything besides that 'norm" is obscene.

So If I was the judge or whatever I'd consider that video as not breaking any laws etc because it for one was...

1. Not done out in public
2. Is a private recording, its the problem of the viewer if they went to watch it not the maker.
3. People do way more fucked up stuff thats been recorded (and alot not recorded) that actually could be considered worse.

So anyway, personnaly I don't see anything wrong with the video (definantly not my thing or even think or remotely trying it) but the video isn't endangering anyones lives, terroristic, done in public etc so I'd let'em go for it.

Hopefully that all makes sense kinda sleepy O_o
