Error code: POL - 0011 (wtf!)

Comcast in Chicago, same problem. I actually got a recorded message from comcast on my phone a few hours ago asking me to call them, but I just figured it was because I'm habitually late with my bill. Did you guys get a call, too?

No calls for me. However, a month or two back I had to get a new credit card, and I forgot to update it with Comcast. I got call on my answering machine, the recording saying something like 'this is not a sales call, please call us...' and it was about my bill.

Some, but not all, ports to POL are blocked. A few customers can get on. Most cannot.

Another Comcast user here, it happened to me about 2 hours ago and like another person I was able to get back on by restarting. But didn't work this time. Glad other people feel the pain of banging their heads against their desks.
