POL-0011 error

central IL, i can log into my account just fine, but once the friends start loading at the top of POL and you're supposed to see the little crystal button on the left pop up so you can click it and get into the game, that doesn't happen for me and then it times out soon after

Just got off the phone with Comcast, the dude added it to "the log of problems that have arisen today" complete with URL to this thread (lol).

Considering they are trying to fix their bill pay and some other stuff already I imagine they could give two shits less about fixing FFXI connectivity. Maybe if we all call and bitch they might put more emphasis? 1-800-COMCAST
