basically, the entire 202.67.56.___ block is being hosed right now, as well as 61.195.59.___

these are the servers that resource monitor shows POL trying to connect to and failing

edit: these IP's may be only in relation to Asura server, so idk, but they're the ones that my POL is trying to connect to atm.

(say what you want about Alla, it's one of the fastest places for me to search to determine if there are mass connection problems)

A couple people have live chatted over there as well. Some techs say its the connection upgrades, others are as clueless as this Bryce guy.

I couldn't do livechat (Michigan customer - apparently they are "upgrading" certain "Services" that make it impossible for us to livechat). I did place a call to their live reps, though. He was pretty clueless as well (made no mention of the performance upgrades) and basically opened up a tech ticket for me and said that everyone with the problem should call in so they are more aware that this is a nationwide issue. I don't know, I guess if we phone bomb them, they *might* get the clue it's an actual issue they should look into and, I don't know, fix?

Edit: Incidentally, for those of you getting techs that apparently haven't a damn clue, why not request a new one who might actually get us somewhere and/or understand the problem (some dude on Alla purportedly got a tech with a supervisor who allegedly used to play the game, as one example).

Cant connect, in Michigan like some others... I can't really complain though cause the idiots at comcast haven't sent me a bill since December (Free internet and TV ftw). If I try enough hitting retry I eventually can reconnect, but /sea is broke and I just end up d/cing within 10 minutes. There was a maintenance earlier today but I think that was just my area.
