Gamefaqs iframe or just a blocked ad?

If this is the wrong place to put this I apologize profusely and please lock/move this, but I just saw this on Gamefaqs and I'm curious if I should be worried for my account~ The text claims it has to do with flashplayer, but I swear I have the most up to date version and also running firefox and noscript.

Edit: After looking in to this a bit more I'm thinking it may just be a blocked ad, but the placement of it on the page really threw me off. Man all this hacking stuff has me freaked out. . .

Ever since CJayC sold gamefaqs to CNet I've noticed near constant blocked pop-ups from the site if that helps at all, never like the screenshot though. . .

It appears to be just a pop up.

Phew, thanks a million for putting my fears to rest on this subject. As my edit stated I was wondering if that's what it was.
