holy shit at the question.. I know there are retarded people out there, but do some people even take 2 seconds to browse front page topics before making their own? The admin's need to make it so people under 50~ posts can't make topics. I know it's not fair to everyone as some people new to forum do contribute a lot, but it would alleviate so many of the useless noobs.
