Do you have to do Introduction to Teamwork first, or can you do this quest right away if you have the fame/members for it?

Just to be clarifying since sometimes people wonder, only the person completing the questing has to follow the order. It doesn't matter if the party members have done the previous quests, have already completed it, or whatever.
