Started playing League of Legends. Free DoTA is pretty damn fun.
Started playing League of Legends. Free DoTA is pretty damn fun.
Level 10 Strawberries/Yams, Level 8 Cucumbers/Corn/Tomatoes, Level 3 Eggplant/Turnips, Level 2 pretty much everything else. Flowers that take 120 days to bloom can fuck right off. Level 95 now and getting really tired of it, but can't stop playing lol. I started teh DS version 2 nights ago, it's got that Rune Factory feel but its not as good as the Wii version.
Oh and apparently I can get Golden Turnips from some festival if I keep the turnip and turn it into seeds, which is in 1 week so I'll keep playing for a while longer, lol
But for now, Alan Wake yay
Guitar Hero: Greatest Hits. Just started to do the career again but with Bass and on Expert. Alls going well so far but the "no note" notes are catching me out still.
I'm playing the PSN version right now and having a pretty good time with it. Pretty linear yeah, but the battles are actually quite good, and generally speaking I'm someone who has grown tired of traditional turn-based rpg combat. What's neat about Grandia is how you can interrupt and really influence the flow of combat. Position matters too, although you can't really control positioning you can react to it. I'm sure a lot of this is basically like Grandia 3.
Story is light-hearted, but at least the characters are fairl likable (if bland).
The story is quite light-hearted at the beginning of the game but gets considerably darker near the middle and then on. Worth looking forward to - while it's certainly not the most dramatic and well delivered story ever, it does become exciting.
I'm feeling really bad for enjoying Sonic Unleashed through all its crappiness.
It's such a clusterfuck of bad design decisions that I can't stop playing it to see if it gets any worse.
(probably the worst performing PS3 game I own now, bloody thing can't even keep a consistant 15fps)
hey Kiarax, thanks for the recommendation on Chocobo's Dungeon, turning out really well now that I'm further in (and I might have to pick up that OST too). story is complete horseshit, but it's nothing worse than anything I watched as a kid. the gameplay is awesome though. I'm definitely picking up Shiren when I'm finished with this.
playing Fallout 3, I reached the point where you can recruit Butch, which makes me very happy. in fact I was ignoring the story for a while but stumbled across this piece of information on the wiki, and immediately progressed the story, killed some bitches to lower my karma, and did the optional Vault 101 quest to make him available, just because I think he's awesome. and kinda hot... for a bunch of polygons anyway.
I was surprised by how much I did not want to fire Charon, though. I felt awful. that guy really grew on me, his voice clips were simultaneously grating and endearing. "you want some? YEAH! YEAH! can't stand the sight of your own blood?" plus the guy scored major points with me when he took out his owner the moment I bought his contract. I wanted to kill that fucker myself.
:D
Been trying to get back into Pokemon HGSS. I just got my 4th badge and i've had the game since launch... Also playing Skate 3 on Hardcore difficulty and its haaaaaaaaaaard. I dont even think theres a trophy for doing this....
Besides that I'm not playing much. Just tossing in the odlies to get a trophy every now and then
A friend and I are doing a Playalong over skype through MGS1-4 while we wait for Peacewalker. So far we're pretty on the dot for MGS1. We do have the odd accident where one needs to pause and wait for the other to catch up. Me with the first sniper wolf fight and him with the torture.
And just like that I want to play through Peace Walker again...
I am playing way too much stuff right now. God Eater, Red Dead Redemption, Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce (this shit is just dragonball Z in ancient china), Breath of Fire 3 and (sort of) KH: Birth by Sleep. I finished Aqua's story in BBS but I am considering waiting for English version to 100% the game, we'll see. Friend recently got Killing Floor too, so I'll probably end up playing that again with him.
Started trying out Little King's Story. Kinda reminds me of Pikmin, seems ok so far.
Why torture yourself? O_o I too bought the game after somewhat enjoying the demo, ughhh never again. I got to the last world with Dr.Robotnik (Eggman or whatever he's called now) and the level was just so damn glitchy. There's some section with a rollercoaster and it's just awful. Kept falling off the tracks or sometimes as I went to jump down the chute into the cart, Sonic would somehow miss and die... >_<
imagine doing that whole level on time attack. The time to beat is 75minutes without dying a SINGLE time.
Still playing The Answer in P3 FES. I'm getting bored with all the grinding, so it's going slow. Other than that, I'm playing ToGraces (Evil mode this time. Chaos is unlocked on a third play-through unfortunately :\) and Crisis Core FFVII again. I plan on beating CC > FFVII > then watching Advent Children Complete for the first time (I've seen the original.)
Also, anyone interested in ToGraces, there's a group of people working on a translated version. I don't think they're that far yet, but it's definitely happening. Here's a joke video one of the guys posted using Google's translator on the script lol:
Spoiler: show
Edit: It's the first 8 minutes of the game, so no need to worry about spoilers.
anyone play Sin & Punishment 2 yet? I played it a little today to test out the EU ISO, and the few minutes I played were really awesome. I'll probably hit it up after rune factory, I think.
Yay weekend! What to play, hmm..
Replay Grandia 2!
