    naw, I don't have any RE5 DLC.

edit: Now all I need it to deflect an arrow with a knife, obtain on least treasure that I know the location of, kill a truck driver and Beat Savanna on Pro... which I'm really not looking forward to because I just keep getting my ass kicked on the Giant boss.

currently playing Birth By Sleep after both my computers somehow kerploded within 24 hours of eachother. The skill system in this game is fucking awesome, possibly my favorite one so far. I've been putting off the mini-games/arena/command board, and now I'm wondering if that was a bad idea since I'll probably be tired of it by the time I'm ready to start getting the few things I need from it. Still, I'm only like halfway done with Terra's story and I still have the other two so I'll be playing a while.

As much as I want the Sai-Fung in Bayonetta i'm not sure if I can force myself to play another 50 stages or so. Maybe I'll play it on hard one day, meh.

Deathspank next week, but otherwise it looks like KH BBS straight until Dead Rising 2/Hydrophobia/Borderlands DLC.

I didn't touch Arena till I finished everyones story, you also have to finish everyones story to unlock certain arena matches, but I think it's only one. Command Board you'll have to do if you want to get max arena rank, as well as Rumble Racing. You'll also have to do both again outside of Mirage Arena if you want a 100% complete file in Trinity Archives. There's also the Trophies, but those aren't so bad to get, but they do take some time. Mirage Arena can be pretty fun on AdHoc party from what I heard.

Sai-Fon are Nunchaku, yea? I forgot what unlock those, but I think you have to complete chapters a certain amount of time or something like that. I remember getting mine without trying to work for them. Too bad I never got to use them much, they seemed pretty fun to use.

    Edit: Sai-Fung...

Yeah to get Sai-Fung/Sai-Fon you have to complete 100 stages on Normal difficulty or higher. I've run through the game 2, maybe 3 times to get all the collectibles and umbra tears on normal, so that's around 55 or so right there. Doing it on Hard would add another 18 or so, that still leaves quite a few more.

The fastest way I've found to do it is to just spam the prologue over and over, which is really easy once you're fully geared at the end of the game. Climax Bracers do count towards your 100 stage completion even though they can't be used for most other records/achievements, but even without them you can zip through the prologue with a 90 second playtime (but that comes out to closer to 3-4 mins with cutscenes and angel attack and whatnot)

If you farm Chapter 6(I think that's the boss with breakable orbs) for Halos, that'll bumped you up even more. I actually believed that's where I unlocked mine. Hard isn't all that bad, though, just the Prologue will be a bit difficult, but after that it's not all that bad I guess. Hard definitely gets you ready for NSIC, I didn't die as much as I thought i would on NSIC. I just had to get used to no Witch Time and Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa, but mastering MoMK isn't needed, but it helps wonders with NSIC.

for whatever reason I didn't need to farm halos for very long, I was doing that thing where you use climax bracers to combo in the alfheim in one of the chapters, but I somehow got 75 million halos from a combo instead of 700k and I have no idea how lol

I only had to farm them for the Platinum Ticket to fight you know who. The only reason I didn't farm them from Alfheim challenge was because I wanted the chapters to add to my total towards unlocking Sai-Fung.

Do you like action games? If the answer is yes, you'll like Bayonetta. If you like DMC, you'll love Bayonetta.

Plat won't be easy if you're not used to playing action games on highest difficulty possible. I felt Bayoentta was a bit harder than DMC for me. Dante Must Die mode isn't that bad on DMC3/4, but NSIC mode on Bayonetta will easily rape you if you're not used to playing action games on hardest difficulty possible. If you have troubles playing Dante Must Die mode on DMC, then you'll have a lot of trouble getting through NSIC. Hard is still pretty big step up from Normal, but I felt NSIC was a huge step up from Hard. Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa sorta made NSIC a joke, though, but it's not so easy to master either.

It's still a pretty fun game, though. I love it over DMC, and I love DMC a lot.

countering with the Moon of Mahaa Kalaa is so fucking annoying, especially that stupid achievement for doing it 3x in a row. I can't even trigger Bat Within unless it's by accident lol

Yea, Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa definitely takes a lot of practice to get the timing down, and even then you may still miss the counter. I became addicted to it once I got hang of it, pretty fun countering shit left and right. The only thing is, I don't remember if you still go into Witch Time for perfect counters on NSIC, if you do it's only for a split second compared to the other modes.

I forgot what Bat Within is... but judging by your post, I guess it's when you turn into a bunch of bats when you time your dodge correctly or some shit like that.

Yeah, it's the same timing window (250ms) as countering with the Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa. If you time it right you basically get hit, then turn into bats (moths for Jeanne), but no life is taken from you. It still triggers a full witch time, for Jeanne this is actually the only way she can get into Witch Time (other than Selene's Light and the Bracelet of Time, I think).

Oh and I'm pretty sure the Witch Time you get from countering with the Moon of Mahaa Kalaa is just 1/2 duration of a normal one, I think it's the same length as the shortened Witch Time you get after Selene's Light triggers.

well i was like 16 when i last played a DMC game, and i have gotten better at a lot of video games that i used to be bad at so i will prolly have a good ol time with Bayonetta getting used to really fast paced combat

I still never unlocked Jeanne... I just had one more Chapter to Platinum(Final Boss chap) to unlock her, but I was fucking burnt out by then. The Lost Chapter took it all out of me, that and trying to do Pure Platinum NSIC run, which I quit around Chapter 8. I had to restart so many fucking times to the point I said fuck it. I couldn't get many Combo Points for Platinum, damn mobs kept blocking my hits halfway through.

Bayonetta is fun and challenging at the same time. Even Normal Difficulty can give you problems time to time.

yeah if you want to play it on easy, do it before you play it on normal. You will get really good at the game about 50-75% of the way through and easy will seem like a completely joke

I can't remember but did DMC have huge penalties for using items as much as Bayonetta did? It's been awhile since I played DMC4, so can't really remember, lol. I just remember highest grade at end of each stage you could obtain is S. With Bayonetta, the lowest healing item can pretty much keep you from getting Platinum at the end of the Chapter.
