No Witch Time on dodges, harder and more aggressive mobs, harder mob placements in verses(like 3-4 Gracious and Glorious or Grace and Glory at one time with no Witch Time), they deal more damage, can block your attacks mid-combo, etc, thus making it a lot harder to PP/P chapters and verses on NSIC.

I already beat it yesterday... was hoping it'd last me a little longer but damn it was a fun ride at least, 10x better than Napishtim. Final boss wasn't a total letdown and the ending was actually decent too. Castle is right at the end too in case it wasn't massively apparently. Worth finishing just for the fairly awesome final boss fight.

The ending is the best part in your case because now you can play DMC3 which is fucking awesome! But yeah, the game is pretty awful but you probably realized that just from what everyone says about it before you even started playing. Way too much focus on guns (especially on harder difficulties), terrible stage design and a bunch of crappy bosses (although there's admittedly some cool ones too, unfortunately even for the good ones the best strategy is to shoot the hell out of them at a distance). Like Domon said, it's still not a particularly bad game as a whole until you compare it to the rest of the DMC series, which most people pretty much consider the pinnacle of the genre.

Finished Trine. Pretty fun game, although I need to really get a new PC due to how crappy my framerate is in the last level.

@Kaisha: 4Answer was a tad difficult to me compared to Silent Line which would be the one I played before it(years ago). It looks beautiful and has some amazing moments though. If you have 20 to blow its a nice collection addition.

So after next to no sleep for about 4 days straight I couldn't sleep even though it was 3am. Decided "hey, I've been in an rpg mood so I'll try Lufia 2 for the SNES". 3 hours and what seemed like 50,000 dungeon rooms later (I had just got to where you meet Guy), my brain exploded and I woke up 11 hours later. Gonna try Lufia 2 again though cause it really is a great game and I haven't played it in like 4 years.

Started up Enchanted Arms and so far it is pretty enjoyable except that the English voice acting is kinda hit and miss. Thinking about switching to Japanese dialog since the Golems talk in Japanese anyways for... some reason. Speaking of Golems, I got the Primrose golem and I named her "Loli-rose". Only in the first dungeon (I think it is anyways) but so far this is looking good.

Since my apparent OCD tells me I can't stick to one game and play it through I am about to start up Chrono Cross for the PS1 for the first time. I really enjoyed Chrono Trigger but I guess that doesn't mean Chrono Cross is gonna be anything like it.

When you get to London City in Enchanted Arms make sure to pick Marlin Grave from the Casino as soon as you get there. That Golem is VERY good early on till you get all Human Characters. Once you have all Human Characters, you won't be using Golems much anymore, except when some Human Characters are away temporarily.

Put about and hour and a half in Minecraft to see if I could get into it, but still can't get into it. Maybe I need to jump on a server to get a real feeling for it?

Other than that mostly played around with a few NES/SNES titles. Forgot how frustrating Mega Man X3 was.

Still playing DCUO Beta. Starting to love my Villain more than my Hero. Also broke out Guitar Hero Metallica and have been trying to beat it on expert ( my hand will wither away before that happens though )

yeah... I had to change it to easy on the very last section of the very last mission. If I tried a lot more I could have done it w/o changing difficulties, but I just didn't care, especially since there's no trophy for beating it on specific difficulties.

60+ hours into New Vegas. Another 20 or so and I may pick a faction and work on the main storyline.

finished Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare which was amazing, now working on Bioshock 2 Minerva's Den. Of course, after spending around 2 hours clearing the first stage the game freezes on the loading screen, now I lost most of my progress. I really for once would like to just play something without having some bullshit pulled on me, this is like 5 games in a row now

Picked up Skate 3, and already enjoying it. I started the series with Skate 2 which I nabbed from a bargain bin, enjoyed it enough to bother grinding XP online for about 20 hours to get my platinum.

Already digging the humor and how it's already taken a couple stabs at Skate 2's faults (excessive cameraman chatter for one). Also wished Skate 3's tutorial was in the first two from the get go. Took me ages to nail grinding because of how the prior two didn't have guide-lines or colour-coded zones to know when to prep hops, so it's definitely the easiest of the three to get into for those interested in the series.

Just hope there's a pimphat to unlock, I'm trying to get my guy to look the way I had him in Skate 2, but I need the purple pimphat to finish the look. ;/

On a less game-related note, I nabbed me the 'official' $10 PS Eye clip for my cam, seems to work good. Wasn't spring-loaded like I was expecting, but it's solid enough for me to not worry about it falling. Sits nicely on my monitor, and isn't blocking any vents. Got sick and tired of having to reposition the damn thing everytime as I normally play MAG using the PS Move, and the cam is normally sitting on my keyboard.

So I got Arkham Asylum this past Friday and I finished the playthrough by mid-day Saturday. I was really expecting that one to give me more than 10-15 hours of gameplay. I've found about 80% of the Riddler's secrets so far and not too inclined to bother with the rest. I may try the challenge mode in hopes of that giving it a few more hours but I'm not too hopeful on that. While I did enjoy the game I was really let down in the amount of time it took me to go through everything.

Out of frustrations of a lack of a game of substantial length I picked up Castlevania LoS and so far so good, it's at least lasted me longer than Batman. I'm hoping the combat gets a little more depth as I progress, while I can do all kinds of fun things now there's not really a need to do lots of crazy moves unless you're looking to build focus.

I'm also still playing around with Civ 5 and having a lot of fun with that. Right now I'm kind of burning through games of approx 500 turns to collect various trophies.

I want to keep playing the above games (minus Civ 5) just to collect all the trophies but I don't know if I have the patience.

I'd like to get 1-2 more games just so I can mix them up so I don't get too bored with what I have I've been thinking of getting Overlord II just as a cheap fun one and Fallout NV but I'm worried about all the glitching, some people say it's been resolved with patches but I'm still really cautious on it.

Gave Day of Defeat a shot and not too fond of it. Die too fast so you don't have very little to no reaction time, friendly fire, and fully automatic guns keep moving your aim upward making it hard to keep a steady target.

just about done with Golden Sun. need to finish Crossbone Isle and then it's on to the Venus Lighthouse. not looking forward to the massive headache that is data transfer via password, but TLA is worth it.

still playing New Vegas, but it's going to be a loooong time before I finish that. I just got through the town with all the crucified dudes where you first run into Caesar's legion. pretty creepy... went a long way toward making me more sympathetic to the NCR.
