Eternal Sonata - Pretty decent JRPG, couple of the characters voice acting gets fucking annoying after a while but the battle system is fun. Graphics are beautiful too.

Heh, I reinstalled my retail copy and beat BG&E last week after that Ubisoft weekend sale resparked my interest in going back and trying to beat the damn thing......for the third time. A lot shorter of a game than I expected unfortunately, but I'm curious how the sequel is going to be handled.


Been glued to The World Ends With You for this week, I'm near the end of the game and I've still yet to touch on some aspects of it, so I'll be at it for awhile yet. The soundtrack really makes the game for me.

Been playing Fallout 3 again since they released both of the DLC for it. Also been playing Spiderman: Web of Shadows, which is pretty fucking entertaining. Although whoever they have doing the voice for Peter Parker/Spiderman is annoying as balls.

Week 1 April - Sonic and the Black Knight - garbage. (and im a HUGE Sonic fanboy. This game is just borderline unplayable. I was soooooo disappointed)
Week 1.5 April- PS3 Wanted - Amazing game. Incredibly short though. As soon as i got hyped over what i was doing i reached the final boss ; ;. Started messing with Assassin Mode(difficulty above Normal, so hard i guess) and that was exciting.
Week 2 April- PS3 Riddick: DA - guy told me to get it before i walked out of the store. Just got it today so i'll be trying it tonight after sky farming :D !

Bought Valkyria Chronicles on Sunday on the Gamer's Day sale. I am on Chapter 7 right now, damn I knew I would get addicted to this game. I might actually end up liking it more than Front Mission as my favorite SRPG. Also throwing in a mix of SF4, KZ2, and RE5. Too many damn good games out.

Wow that's a bold statement that you like it better than Front Mission. That really piques my interest because I flat out love the Front Mission series. I'm still crossing my fingers that one day they will release Front Mission 5: Scars of War in the states. But it's probably never going to happen sadly. I just picked up Ring of Red again. Decent game but the aiming system sucks balls.

Yeah I realize I might be going to far with that statement, but it's really just that good of a game. I love the fact that everyone levels up with you so you leave no one behind. I have lost track of the countless SRPG's where I just take 1-4 of my favorite characters and give them the best shit and kill everything. (hai2u Orlandu, Ramza, Lloyd)

Oh god yes I want FM5, I played a tiny patches portion of the game and man I loved it. I really they continue working on an English translation patch for it.

Yeah I wish they would just come out and release it. It's SE they know it will sell. It's also Front Mission which is a proven commodity. I mean when was the last time we had a new Front Mission game? I do want to play Valkyria Chronicles, but I don't want to plunk down the change for a PS3. It's just too expensive when I already have the 360. I can't justify spending that much money on another system just for one game. Plus the wife would probably murder me lol.

I dunno there seems to be a trend with PS3 now and getting superior versions of games. I am really counting on seeing Star Ocean IV soon. I hope so. You should really consider it man. I got my PS3 from craigslist for $200, it's a 40GB but man it works awesome. I upgraded the HD to 250GB's and downloaded a shit ton of my friend's PSN games for free. If you do somehow get some extra money, you should consider heh.

I want to see a next gen Front Mission game, that shit would blow minds.

'eh? I'm loving the shit out of Chinatown Wars. It's slowly becoming my fav GTA because of the move away from trying to be so realistic. Hell, I've been addicted to just the dope-wars portion of the game alone and farming cash. And the stuff they have in this rendition of the series I hope they have in the future console installments.
(I love hotwiring cars, except when I got the damn police on me and all that are near me are keyless cars......it adds a bit of suspense to the chases, rather than being a fucking joke like it is in GTA4)

Other than that, nearly done World Ends With You (currently farming levels/quests because of a particular boss that's beating the shit out of my partner since I'm having troubles trying to dodge attacks on two screens at once), been getting back in the groove with FFXI, and playing TF2 on the side since I can *never* get tired of that game.
