Beat Rogue Galaxy (more or less, 180+ hours @_@) and moved on to Shadow Hearts 1 for ps2, finally. I had previously attempted to play and not gotten more than 30 minutes in on several occasions, currently I have close to 50 hours logged and im nearly 100% done with the game.

I've been cleaning out my entertainment center and didn't even know I had a copy of Rogue Galaxy. I've gotten as far as chapter 2 and realized how epic this shit is. Only problem is my computer controlled party members keep getting rocked, even in easy fights. It puts a big hurt on my wallet since I'm spending more on healing items then I probably should and never have money for any new weapons and the more expensive revelation items. Am I doing something wrong?

Valkyria Chronicles DLC ftmfw

Just finished Selvaria's extra missions and got her Ruhm (!) gun for my shocktroopers

Going to do the new Extra Hard Mode skirmishes later today. I tried the first mission a couple times and lost miserably on first or second turn every time, lol. It's pretty much the Hard Mode mission, except the enemy tanks don't start right next to you (the fucking turrets still do though), but now there's like 6 of them on the map and the mission objective is kill all units instead of just taking the enemy camp, which means now you actually have to deal with reinforcements coming from all 3 camps.

Can't wait to get a chance to play some more once my finals are done 8)

Anyone play Dark Cloud 2? I've beaten the main story, but after the bonus chapter opened up, the game got hard as balls. Every monster can kill me in two hits and even one shot Max. So yeah, I've been playing that for the past month or two.

Currently running through the original FEAR, which I'll follow-up with both its expansions.

I'm about 3 hours into the thing so far, and I'm trying to figure out why people liked it so much. So far for me it's just been a boring snore-fest of easy gunplay (at default difficulty) with cliche story, followed by not-so-scary scripted spook-moments, along with extremely angular, boring level design, to which some of the areas make no architectural sense.

I guess I expected more out of the original after having played FEAR2 on a friend's 360 for a bit, which had much more interesting level design. Perhaps the level simplicity was a limitation on FEAR1's engine (and the general gaming hardware at that time) since the developers apparently wanted everything to cast a bloody razor-sharp shadow, even when it doesn't cast properly at times on some objects.
(bought the FEAR1 platinum pack for $25 a year ago, just never got around to playing it until now)

WoW, Ratchet and clank on ps3, dynasty warriors 6, bioshock. all 2nd (or 7th, in dw6's case) playthoughs. Just buying time until Batman comes out, really.

Finally finished Mass Effect (I'm terrible at finishing games...), gonna play another game before I go through a second playthrough on ME so the story isn't as fresh. Also need to wait to find out how Mass Effect 2 will allow character data, so that I get the choices I want to carry over.

Think I'll play Lost Odyssey since it seems like a pretty lengthy game.

Hooked on Rogue Galaxy for a while. I'm pissed that I've had it so long and playing it just now. There's so much to do that I almost feel overwhelmed, but in a good way. Jaster isn't as annoying as other rpg heroes and the supporting characters are kind of cool once they grow on you. (Rule34 on Lilika please) I know I mentioned it before, but there's so much shit to do. There's a frog that can eat/fuse your weapons into more powerful ones, a factory that you can use to make items so they're available to shops, and the Insectron Tournament where you can battle insects with other insects for prizes. There's probably more, but I'm only 12 hours into the game.

Persona 4 - Kinda regretting playing it on Expert. I chose that after playing Nocturne on Hard the first time and enjoying it immensely. The problem is, Nocturne is far more gameplay-focused, and Persona is much more about the story. All in all I'd rather be able to take it easy and not worry so much about grinding, but I'm already 13-14 hours in or so, so I guess I'll just finish. And I hear it gets easier after the first two dungeons. Gonna max out that Hermit S-Link as quickly as I can.

Fire Emblem: The Sealed Sword - Screw level 14x. I HATE disappearing tile levels. Add Bolting onto that and you can go fuck yourself. I'll beat it when I'm bored someday.

DKC2 (GBA) - The best of the DKC games. A good distraction when I'm not in the mood for thought-intensive Fire Emblem gaming on the go.

Henry Hatsworth - Got boring after the first couple of worlds. I guess I'll finish it someday when I have nothing better to do.

To be honest, I suggest you use a cheat to 99. Story is long, lol

but it's so fun grinding on mobs that have no weak points and take forever to kill wasting all of your SP and making the whole goddamn trip pointless especially once you pull a reversed moon card halfway in which makes every battle worth 1 xp point and it's too late to start over so you just keep grinding for yen instead.

yeah, I'm not gonna cheat, but I can see where you're coming from lol. I'm just waiting until I have the Fox high enough that I can make more money in one session than it takes to restore my SP, so infinite grinding becomes an option. the game will be my bitch then.

EDIT: But then again, I guess these are the same people who think games with 2-hour sequences where you do nothing but go through dialogue are good games too.
