Just screwing around with my Ps2 online and I found out that the servers for Champions of Norrath/Return to arms were still up... with people still playing. I Did a few online campaigns with some people and even decided to play as a wizard for the first time. I forgot how fun this game was when you have other people to play it with. Too bad Snowblind dumped the franchise, I would have loved to see this game on Ps3/360.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine which is actually pretty good considering it's based of the movie. So much violence and gore, plus lunging at people to stab them is so very cool.

-Plants vs Zombies (It's pretty much a tower defense game... yet it has so much more depth/style/unique design compared to any other other TD game I've seen before. Definate must play for anyone who enjoys TD's.)

-World of Goo. (Weird game I picked up browsing Mininova, It's a physics-based game where you build structures via these tiny balls of goo and try to minimize your efforts as much as possible to gain more score, or in this case.. goo balls. )

Both amazing addictive and simple games. They don't require much on the graphics department either so they're great games to put on a laptop to entertain yourself when you're not at home and are bored.

I recently started playing Folklore for the PS3. It was sitting in a pile for a good while and I never got around to it.. so far I'm not impressed.

UFO: Alien Invasion.
Fan made, open source X-Com clone that's about half way done. Pretty fun though the turn-based battles can be fiddly due to camera controls.

Gave UFO: Aftermath a shot too since it's made by the old X-Com team but the thing fills me with nothing but rage.
Really don't want to try the others in the series now.

Need to get DOSbox and a copy of the old X-Com games since the CE set runs at a million miles a second on my Quad.
That or the PSX version so I can plop it on my PSP.

I had problems with Episode One where the stupid fire was appearing as purple and black checkerboxes, and I remember there was a part I had to literally skip because it crashed the game entirely, hope none of that shit happens to you. : p
