O... M... G...
At this point, I should probably make a DFO thread. I know you guys are tired of me spamming in here. Might do it by the end of the week. (too lazy)
usually indifferent towards avgn but thanks avgn
Xenoblade Chronicles. In English. Finally. August 16, the fateful day that many more Wiis were freed from their shackles. Thank you NoA.
Me and guild leader duking it out in PvP. God, I hate fighting monks, once they connect, you're a combo montage clip. Still did pretty well in the second half despite having a PvE build:
Finally... level 100 of the POTD.
Only took my entire summer.
Damn you Sol-Blackguy all your videos of DFO made me wanna try it out and now I can't stop playing lol. I think I was on like 8 hrs straight yesterday. Its actually really fun and now i'm trying to get my brother to play it.
You're lucky, back when I started, you were only allowed to enter 153 rooms a day. Can't tell you how many times I got frustrated from being 99.9% into a level or in the middle of a epic quest. Anyway, look me up and I'll invite you and your brother into the guild.

Playing through some of my old PS1 games while I wait for the September releases to start coming out. Working on Breath of Fire III at the moment doing a mage Ryu run. Just got to the Desert of Death today and he's got all of Deis' spells on him and he's starting to kick some ass. He was fairly powerful early on as a mage, then ended up kinda shitty towards the end of being a child and the beginning of being an adult. Once I got Mind Sword though, he started picking up the slack. Gonna try and get the Goo King Sword on this run, never gotten it in all the years I've owned the game. But in BoFIV, I got it on the very first Goo King. Go figure.
finishing up FFIX. about to hit up oeilvert, esto gaza, etc.
hooked up my PSP to my TV... it's... not that great. but Rondo In Blood (the original version) looked good.
finally getting started on Tactics Ogre. made a whole new team, which feels like a waste of goth but god damnit I am OCD about having generics with names that I pick myself. so now Beatrix, Ronfar, Door, Balthier, and Mitsuru are ready to take the world by storm.
...please tell me I'm not the only one nerdy enough to do that. lol
Lol I had a female Knight called Beatrix that was pretty much my Godliest unit. I think her and Lenneth (Valkyrie, yup) were the only two I hired/named myself though, but it's been a while.
nice. we are two peas in a pod lol... I almost used Lenneth too! but I haven't played through VP yet and I wasn't sure she'd stay as a Valkyrie, so I did Mitsuru instead (with ice magic, of course).
it gets worse; I'm going to delete Door (from Neil Gaiman's 'Neverwhere') and replace her with Lamia (from Neil Gaiman's 'Stardust') because that would fit better. yes I'm paying 2000 goth just to change a character's name.
I have a habit of naming my units Biggs, Wedge and Jesse in Final Fantasy Tactics every time I play.
Eh, I just used names from rl friends, but generics get kinda bleh halfway through the game, so I stopped.
I had a generic named Jeane I think, so I made her a thunder mage. >_>
I never named any of my generics.
Unless forced to I don't think I've given any character in a game a unique name other than in Mass Effect since the 90s, and I do actually have a John Shepard file on ME as well.
downloaded some rom, found this little gem
I so want to play Xenoblade.
But for now, I'm playing Ar Tonelico 3. It pales in comparison to 2. Horribly.
