As for myself, been playing smt: nocturne alot, hoping to finish it before dark souls comes in about two weeks.
yeah the platforming in Prinny is kinda bullshit. I understand why they did it the way they did, to make it more difficult, to justify the 1,000 lives, and as a throwback to goblin's n ghosts - but it's still bullshit.

I just torrented P2... I guess I should support Atlus, but I have such a seething hatred of Sony that I refuse to pay for anything on my PSP unless I have to. I was surprised how fast P2 was up on the torrent sites, too (meanwhile I still can't find Cladun x2... not that it's a big deal). not sure what I want to delete from my memory stick to make room for it though... probably Jeanne D'arc, but I kinda wanted to play that... I need a 16GB lol. 8 is not enough.

how far are you in Nocturne?

Hmm I saw it on BlackCats, so it should be up on other sites soon enough.

Polished off WH40k: Space Marine and Alice: Madness Returns recently.

Need to get back and finish Dead Island but I'm almost at the end and the game seems determined to continually throw dick moves at me and it's totally putting me off from loading that shit up again.

What's the easiest way to get Mana refill on a demon on Nocturne? I want to do mana refill+makotoma(or whatever it's called that gives 10mp to others) to keep mp up on my active team.

I'm at Nihilo's base again to get in the Obelisk the first time. Lv40

It's been a while since I've played, but I'm pretty sure Uzume gets Mana Refill pretty early on, you can just work from there.

Starting a run of Resident Evil 1->3. Completely forgot how BAD the live-action sequences in RE1 were.

Probably will pick up RE4 afterwards also since it's cheap w/ PS+, even though I already beat it on GCN/Wii. Shame no PS Move support, as Wii version was a heck lot more fun to play poppin' head shots like it's no ones business, even if it made the game a hell lot easier.

Lack of 180 turn in RE1/2 going to drive me nuts though.

I've just picked up Resi 4 off the PSN. I played this game to death back on the Gamecube & Wii but I don't remember the controls being so awful. R1 to ready weapon, L Analogue to aim and Square to fire... >__< The other control scheme available is a little better though. This is going to take some getting used to.

Also playing through Deus Ex: HR for the 1st time and I'm really impressed with it so far. I wish there was an option to set your own map markers so you didn't have to keep checking the map for places but other than that, can't fault it. :D

The controls were always like that in the original GCN release, making good use of that giant green A button for every action. Did they add a controller option to use right stick for aiming btw? Going to feel awkward using left still for that after all these years.

    BAD? Or RAD?

I loved the B-Movie Cutscenes in the original.

Of course thanks to RE1 I'm always expecting dogs to jump through windows.

Thanks to RE1 I have a fond hatred for limited inventory management in all games.

I mean, really. Wasting a first aid so I can pick up some ammo, to use ammo on my gun to free up a slot, to then pick up a key, all in the same room.

Grand Knights History Will Make Its Grand Debut Outside Japan This Winter
Congratulations to everyone who guessed Xseed’s tease yesterday was for Grand Knights History on PSP. You were right! Xseed will be publishing the Vanillaware game “this winter” both as a retail UMD game and on PlayStation Network. Meanwhile, Rising Star Games will publish it in Europe. Here’s one of the recent Japanese trailers:

Grand Knights History takes place in Listia, a European-inspired continent, and is about a war between the lands of Union, Avalon and Logres. You have to align yourself with one of the three factions and can can create different kinds of characters for your party in the game.

Each character class comes in three varieties, each with their own differences. Race, gender, sub-class and weapon type are customizable as well. Xseed mention that the game’s online battle mode will be present in the localized release as well, and that you won’t require a constant Internet connection to use it.

YES. that is good news indeed. I tried playing the JP version with the patch but it still had too much moonspeak for me.

Honestly, you should jsut be happy you have an item box. RE0 is really hurt by having to leave all your shit strewn about everywhere, especially if you're trying to lug along multiple weapons to save for harder endgame encounters. I actually liked the First Aid Box introduced in RE3 (holds 3 first aid sprays and can be refilled when you find more), really upset that hasn't survived today.

Anyway, why the hell aren't you playing the REmake instead of RE1?
