So What Are YOU Playing?

Got my platinum trophy in Skyrim so I'm done with that until an expansion hits. I started playing FFIV The complete collection again. Am I really under leveled for where I'm at (just got the lunar whale and party is high 30's- almost 40)? I've played numerous different copies of FFIV (snes, gba, ds, ps1) but never noticed my characters getting hit quite this hard before (not even in the ds version).

Friend of mine lent me Romancing Saga (PS2) and I finished my first playthrough the other day. It was okay, but don't really like how grinding causes you to miss quests and forces the story to progress =/

I want to pick your brain on this: How long did your playthrough take, which main did you pick, and what general advice do you have (I've scoured GameFAQs as well, but want it from someone who just finished playing)? I'm actually liking it, but yeah, the grinding thing pretty much means you have to avoid a lot of random battles.

..But damned if the regular battle theme isn't awesome.

Anyway, on the PS2, I've settled into playing Nocturne. I'm trying to do as little with a FAQ as possible so I can just enjoy the game and not go nuts over trying to get everything. I'm really digging it. I just ended up starting a new game entirely since I wasn't terribly far before. About to go to Ginza now.

Playing through Breath of Fire IV right now. Really enjoyed Breath of Fire 3 when I played it many years ago. Never got around to playing the fourth. It's awesome so far!

Other than MW3 and Skyrim, I am currently doing a Nuzlocke run on Pokemon Black.

definitely have gotten into Skyrim hardcore. this is what I thought it would be like the first time around. I think picking a mage at first ruined it for me, but my assassin/thief? oh yeah, loving it.

also getting into PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe bit by bit... I hated it at first, but I've learned that it's a lot of fun if I can put aside my perfectionism, i.e. I've realized I have to let some of these little fuckers die once in a while.

SNES or GBA I hope? PSOne version of 6 was ok apart from the load times, but 5... ughhhh.

Playing through FF7 right now for the first time in over a decade. I'd forgotten how addicting chocobo racing was.

I never did beat Emerald and Ruby back in the day though.

Best thing about the PSOne version of FF6 was the funny bestiary entries for some of the enemies.

Playing some Radiant Historia, almost done with the game, finishing up all the sidequests and grinding those last few levels. Awesome game.

I never beat the game because I never finished the skills-sidequest with the old man, the last round was too ridiculous

My play through took about 22~ish hours and my main was Jamil. I was playing without a walkthrough open, but I missed all the fate stone quests because of this. My only advice is pick out the quests you want to do (don't try to do them all in one run/your first run) and just know the ER levels. Get Barbara into your party so you can open the new road asap, and then if you don't want her in the party just take her fate stone and kick her out. Also forge your weapons. I didn't even know about this until my 2nd run with Grey.
Grey is actually a good starting character because after you get a dino egg in the intro, you can sell it off for 5k to start with.

So, finished Ys Seven, now started playing Lunar SSH and Lunar EBC. Which is also gave me the urge to do Lunar EB sprites in the style of SSH (that is leading me to cry that there isn't a remake of Lunar EBC for PSP as well while I am doing the pixel art).

Finally going to attempt to go through my back log of pokemon games starting with pokemon white. I think I have to go through diamond, ruby and fire red as well.
