Picked up Skyrim. Pretty fun, though a lot of running all over ATM.

Wish it had online.
It does:

But nobody plays it anymore!
etrian odyssey III: I am pretty sure they hard-coded crack cocaine directly into this game.
Fired up MechCommander Gold on my pc yesterday. I forgot how brutal that game can be. So unforgiving.
Was rotating between WoW and Aion for a while, but cannot play either for more than 30 mins without getting bored now. Done with MMORPGs for a long, long time. Got Gamefly and have FFXIII-2 on the way. After that, RE5, then Silent Hill HD collection.
Finished Both Persona 1 and 2 on the PSP, both great games.
Found Hakuoki in a store today, looking forward to playing that next.
Now you gotta really finish P2's other half and play Eternal Punishment.
Which SMT game has Hitler as a boss in it? I think that's the only one I'll likely play if I ever do get around to playing one for more than 5min.
Yeah, I pretty much ordered a copy as soon as I beat IS, really looking forward to EP.
Edit: Kuro, that's Persona 2: Innocent Sin. Iny my opinion, the best Persona game.
Right now playing Braid. The game is damn classy in it's presentation and the mechanics are fun to play with. There is not much replay value though since it's a puzzle game.
Anyone else play Mechcommander Gold? I'm having a hard time figuring out what weapon load out I should be using in some of the later missions. Specifically what load outs I should be putting on my light mechs(Commando, Firestarter, and Raven.) I've been using lasers for short range and LRM rack for long range.
I'm currently rummaging through PSN looking for something to kill some time (single-player) with and I am having a hard time with it. I Would like something maybe platformy/action-RPGy or just a solid RPG... I've come close to grabbing Castlevania: Harmony of Despair because I yearn for 2-D Castlevania, but it seems like a completely multiplayer-focused bastardization. The only things that seem to call out to me are old PS games that I have already played and I would rather try something new.
Vague, I know, but any suggestions?
PS. I wasn't a fan of Kingdoms of Amalur.
Have you looked at I Am Alive at all? I think it's supposed to be released today or this week on PSN and seems pretty awesome. Not exactly an RPG, but a single-player survival action game.
PSN has seemed very primitive to me lately. Selection is very limited and prices are insane compared to steam sales.
I have bought many games from it though. Not sp, but fat princess has a classic zelda rpg feel to it. Othermwise, the only psn games I don't consider a waste of $ are pixel junk monsters, my free copies of infamous and wipout, and my dlc pack of burnout.
there are some supposedly good 2d platformers like outlands and rochard, along with some action rpgs like Deathspank but they just seem like a waste to me at $10-15 when steam sells AAA games like just cause 2 (today) for $5. And, Amazon has the first 2 mass effects, battlefield bc 2 and modern wf 2 for $5 ea this week.
if you just have a ps3 looking for an rpg, get the free me3 demo, the multi is great as well, but the single will kill nearly an hour for free.
I haven't tried it for over a year, but PS Home has apparently had a lot of updates and huge game zones that are OK. (free) Then there are also a dozen free 1-hour trials of games to check out.
Or, if you are looking to drop Full MSRP on a full DL game, Alice: madness returns is pretty. Just that, pretty.
Only game I can think of is Bloodrayne: Betrayal, which is an action platformer with a bit of a difficulty curve from what I read. It got a fair bit of mixed reviews though, but there should be a demo for it on the store to try out for yourself.
As for me, I had 4 unopened games sitting here that I got for dirt cheap this and last week, them being Lego Star Wars 3, DDR, Alpha Protocol, and Sengoku Basara. Ended up opening Alpha Protocol and popping that in for a couple hours of play. The gameplay is real janky, but for some reason I'm compelled to keep playing it. One of the few third-person games I've played in the last couple years where melee is a very valid form of combat. Shame it didn't have a few more months of polish, it could have really been something special.
Asura's Wraaaaath.
