also, the trigger for me finally deciding to plunk down the $50:
god damn, I forgot how good the music in this game is.

Shulk!....
....IT"S REYN TIME!
we can definitely do this!
Like they say, when the going get going, the tough get tough!
Yuri, had you played it via Dolphin? Or not at all? For some reason I thought you had! Maybe that was Julian...
If not, yay! Such a great game/experience.
EDIT: And for myself this week it is:
Ragnarok Odyssey
INT/VIT and FAI/DEX builds on Dark Souls after deciding to start over for console DLC
FIFA 13
WWE 13
Until next week...
yep, I played it on Dolphin. got to some caves or something (right after the swamp area, I think) but got sidetracked, and then I lost my computer - so that's not an option anymore lol. it's a shame that I won't be able to get another PC for a while; the graphics in that game really get a boost from a high-res upgrade.
I still need to finish Xenoblade. Got the 7th character, wanted to do every quest in the game before moving on, especially stuff that was gonna be locked off soon, got sidetracked and stopped playing.![]()
Since XIV has come to an end picked up Witcher 2 for PC. Can't believe I slept on this game for so long it's been amazing and i've only just passed the prologue.
Digital Devil Saga new game+. Steamrolling the game at the moment with Null Physical and Ragnarok, but I mainly want to get to the ultimate boss fight against Hitoshura, I will definitely be recording attempts.
I highly recommend you watch in 1080p.
Finally got Tatsunoko vs Capcom on Wii, due to it going out of print soon. Jesus christ that Yami fight in arcade mode. What the hell.
Caved and got Okami hd
it's beautiful :>
12 hours into Virtue's Last Reward on Vita. Not really much to say about the game since it's primarily story-driven. Wish they'd patch the damn thing though so there's not a 250ms input lag on everything. Also wasting my time in Sonic Generations still when I could be playing things I've not already beaten. Got around half of the stages s-ranked, going to finish that up and get the red rings. Trophies yo!
I need to get me some feet for my PS3 Slim at any rate to prop it off the desk more . Fucker gets loud after an hour of play, reminding me of my fat PS3 months before it died, even though I only had this slim under two years. Does anyone else feel the fan never spins down after it ramps up while the system remains on, even after sitting in the XMB for an hour or so after playing a demanding game?
[EDIT] Well, that Sonic Gen. platinum was easier than I was anticipating.
Still playing Nocturne, but may take a break to go back to Amalur if I hit a wall soon.
In the Nihilo area right now. Ever since clearing the first Kalpa of Amala my main character's severely overleveled for everything. Seriously. Daisoujou didn't give me much trouble at all. I'd also done some leveling beforehand so the Matador fight wasn't that bad either.
Trying to debate on if I should fuse a Daisoujou or Matador. Hear great things about the former. Not quite sure to do with my Pixie that evolved into a high Pixie (I know you hold onto her until the end).
Any tips? Trying not to read an FAQ since that always makes me lazy and stop playing.
Finished Okami HD this past weekend, and aside from losing Reset during the credits, it's everything a HD version should be.
Diving into the PSN re-release of Odin Sphere and it's funny how most things seem familiar, but I have no idea how any of the systems work anymore. I remember alchemy, and growing things, but not how they all used to play out. Still a gorgeous game.
A woman at work recently adopted a few of her nephews/niece to get them out of a shitty environment and they got a cheap PS2, so I parted with my original copies of both along with a few others. Replaying them must be my way to cope with giving up such great games!
I played this ps3 game today

Worked surprisingly well. Even if it is only a temporary fix, I'm happy to have my Borderlands disc back, and I am uploading as many files as possible to the cloud. I will probably do a USB backup afterward.
Picked up XIII-2 from the bargain bin against better judgement. Now I'm stuck forcing myself to finish what I started with XIII-1, on my 96hr save.
7.5mil gil currently, no clue how much I need for buying upgrade mats for Treasure Hunter.
[EDIT] 9 hours later, got my god damn platinum, with 1mil gil to spare. Christ that was tedious, 90min of being stuck in the upgrade/shop menus. A couple months shy of being a full three years since obtaining the first trophy for the game.
finally got a new Wii, so...
- Xenoblade Chronicles. fuck. me. this game is so good. there aren't many games I can just randomly run around in for hours without getting bored; this is one.
- Muramasa: The Demon Blade. one of the most underrated games I've ever played. the combat is beyond brilliant; so simple yet endlessly addicting. if it weren't for the endlessly repetitive backdrops (beautiful as they are) and somewhat lackluster translation, this game might be one of the all-time greats. as it is, I still love the shit out of it.
I'm back into Dragon's Dogma. Never did bother to mess with the online Ur-Dragon for loot so now that its at Gen 146 and literally takes days to kill... I'm on it.
Working on Saint's Row 3 platinum.
Just have a handful of collectibles to gather up, a few vehicle challenges, 6 more survivals, and then 1 Snatch and 1 Escort which are the two most difficult, frustrating things I may have ever done
Sorry I am a bit late.
Matador, no question. Daisoujou learns Prayer and that fully heals the party and any status effects. You can keep leveling Pixie up to Queen Mab but yeah just don't dismiss her or fuse her without registering her in the compendium first so she can transform into Uber Pixie when you reach the Fifth Kalpa.
