I played this today.
Words fail me.
I'm playin AC3, RE6, Borderlands 2, Dishonored, Infamous collection, Skyrim, AC2 (Came with Ac3 so giving it another playthrough)
Finished up Witcher 2 and loved it, amazing game. Started playing Xenoblade on Dolphin. About 28hrs in and I am just blown away at how addicting this game is and how much content is packed into it. Everytime I sit down to further the main story I end up 2hrs later no story progression because I got sidetracked exploring/killings NM's and doing sidequests. The game is friggin gorgeous with everything installed and maxed out. On that note has anyone played The Last story on Dolphin? Thinking of giving it a go after I get done with Xenoblade.
You people are going to end up tempting me to play Xenoblade on my laptop to see how well it runs.
If it can run it you will be glad we did.
LOL at your sig.
Picked up Assassin's Creed 3 and Ico/Shadow of Colossus not too long ago,
Got Dead Island and Sleeping Dogs on Black Friday,
Have about a dozen+ games from free PSN+,
Bought LOTOR2, Dragon Age Origins, Amesia, and The Witcher from Steam Sales, and yet pretty much the only game I've been playing aside from Persona 4 has been The Binding of Isaac.
For some reason I got a massive urge to replay Dark Cloud recently. I'm glad to say it's aged well, although the whole 'if your weapon's HP reaches zero it breaks and is gone forever' thing is fucking draconian. MUST SAVE AFTER EVERY FLOOR.
Dear lord I loved Dark Cloud, great game.
Currently playing Dota2 (always)
Started up the Witcher 1
edit: How hard is hard in the witcher 1 & 2. fun difficult or claw my eyes out difficult?
if you can, you should. given that the expansive, gorgeously-detailed environments are arguably one of the game's main selling points, it's worth playing in HD if you can.
of course it's worth playing, period.
currently playing:
-Xenoblade (duh). just reached the floating city. having to use Riki/Dunban/Sharla becauseand also because Riki is so adorably hilarious.Spoiler: show
on another note, are there any viable setups that don't use Sharla for healing? I like her and all but I'm tired of feeling like she has to always be in my party. other characters have healing moves (Melia, Riki, Shulk) but they're pretty weak.
- Phantasy Star Portable. why, I don't know. this game is addicting in the strangest way.
Played EX Trooper's PS3 demo. Great game. Too bad capcom doesn't want to bring any fun stateside.
Got Legend of Grimlock, Witcher 2, and Torchlight 2 from steams recent black week sale, or w/e they were calling it lol.
Playing Ys7 currently. Feels a hell of a lot easier than Origins or Oath, but maybe those two (especially Oath) are on another level. Gameplay wise, I love the shit out of 7 though, even if using skills takes a little getting used to and can be messy.
Still playing MHFU in between toying with new steam games. Was starting to get really tired of the game between the monsters getting tougher and not feeling like I was making progress with my gameplay
and then I noticed I finally had all the mats for a full Ceanataur set and everything changed. It is a beautiful thing how easily long swords tear giant crabs into pieces.
Finally got around to getting Xenoblade, really enjoying it but it feels like such a waste being on the wii. they really should have made it for ps3/xbox360
