Man, ranked in divekick is dead. I just went up against the same person 4 times in a row.
I beat him all 4 times but each time he kept picking the same character and same gem. 4th time I just ended up picking the yolo gem and winning.

Just finished Ys: Memories of Celceta. The game alone was worth buying a Vita for.
Not if you finished it that fast. Normal or Nightmare?
Normal. I played it though my Thanksgiving vacation since my plans got canceled, so I had nothing better to do all day.
I was going to say, when I play Ys games on Nightmare mode it can take me up to a month to beat it, and that was back when I had spare time. I don't even want to imagine now.
Don't remind me of Nightmare. I cleared through Hard on Felghana with relative ease but the 2nd boss destroyed me on Nightmare mode.
I might try a harder difficulty later on. But my playtime was around 29ish hours on Normal.
ok nevermind about new londo
whoever designed sen's fortress deserves to die. this area is a crime against humanity
Tales of Xillia! Enjoying it so far.
What's with the weird blue tint around the boarder of the screen?
i found out the hard way that the thunder spear chest was a mimic, and also that the boulder trap resets. it was utter hell up until i got to the bonfire, after that it wasn't bad at all. iron golem took a few attempts, but other than that it was mostly smooth sailing.
i detoured into the painted world, and with the silly rate of soul acquisition in there i was easily able to get my STR up enough to finally start using the black knight halberd i picked up early in the game. after a few upgrades, it's absolutely tearing shit apart. kinda feels like the equivalent of when i got the meat cleaver in demon's souls.
i will say, the one thing i absolutely despise about this game is the retarded "pvp". i don't bother playing while signed in to PSN anymore, because literally every single time i unhollow when i need to kindle or want to grab a summon for a boss, i'm immediately invaded by some twinked out character that one-shots me before i can even figure out where they are. it's the only aspect of the game that honest-to-god actually pisses me off.
I want to say it gets better the higher level you get but not really. Just yesterday I was playing my glass cannon mage character and I hit somebody for 1k with a crystal soul spear.
Didn't even make a dent in their hp. I was so dumbfounded at how somebody could have that much health that I just let them kill me because otherwise it would have been a slow and painful death rather than getting it over with.
Xbox.
I exaggerated slightly, I saw a bit get taken off but it was maybe 20% max and considering I had to take a hit to land that spell in the first place I was just kinda like "welp, you win."
My spell damage is pretty maxed out too. TCC, Dusk Crown, Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring and 50 INT.
Well, either way... the max I've ever seen is 2.5k and that was with 90ish VIT, RoFaP and Mom mask.
You should have taken about half even if he was kitted.
Something doesn't seem right.
It's possible there was some latency issues because he was jumping around the screen because I had forgot to pause my BF4 update and my xbox gets internet through my computer. I don't know though.
The number was definitely 1k+.
Finishing up Muramasa Rebirth before Ys Celceta arrives, played the Wii version but never got the final/3rd endings. Kinda wished the bosses for the final endings were harder/better though.
Playing Ni No Kuni.
Digging it.
Fire Emblem on the side. I am delaying gratification with Ys, because we all know I'll blow through that.
Quarter ends soon, so time off work = game time.
And Reyn time.
Still playing XCOM Enemy Within about to finish up the campaign. After that, no idea. Probably back to Dragon's Dogma. Though I really should dig into the multiple games I have sitting on the shelf that I've yet to play through.
Was playing Pokemon Y, but not into the breeding stuff so that was fairly short-lived.
Among the stuff I have yet to play through:
Mass Effect 1 & 2
Magicka
Darksiders II
Bastion
Fez
Limbo
Trine 1 & 2
Torchlight 2
Alice: Madness Returns
Borderlands
Dragon Age: Origins (Ultimate Edition)
Tales of the Abyss
What should I play next? I can't convince myself to buy any more games (Link Between Worlds) when I have so much left to play.
Started playing Muramasa Rebirth again. Beat Kisuke's story on Fury difficulty once, half way through Monohime's.
Only three trophies short of Platinum, but those trophies are beat the game in 3hours and then the last two involve seeing every ending in Fury mode. Oye.
