I played as Hugo first and had a blast, he just destroys things and keeps on moving. I need to finish up Origins, I never finished the other character stories.

Yeah, Hugo is pretty awesome, mostly because his Eyes of Fact remind me of the options from Gradius.
Yeah, I started a bit with the third character.
But tempted to see how Hugo plays. How different is the story for the others?
His story flow is pretty much like Yunica's til a section of mid game. I think he fights Krisgal more than Epona as well, though I might be wrong.
Playing Watch Dogs and ACIV back to back is not a good idea for your brain cells.
Maybe it's me, but I do not see the hype about graphics in Metro 2033. Playing at max everything at 1080p on a 60" plasma and I personally think Skyrim or Sleeping Dogs graphically is leagues ahead.
Trying to play:
Persona 3 (again, #3 I think)
SAO:HF
ToX2
Devil Survivor: Overclocked
Wild Arms 2
FFX:HD
All within the next two months... With a 40hr/week job and taking 4 classes at nearby Old Dominion University, and married (no kids yet though) and a house to keep taking care of. Sometimes I wish I was a stupid kid again, because this hobby is nearly impossible to keep up at the levels it used to be...
Honestly Geno, with your level and insight on Pokemon I did not expect you to be so accomplished in life lol. It's pretty inspiring!
On a handheld grind atm and purchased a new load of games for the 3ds I'm working on now:
Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Zelda: Spirit Tracks
Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Pokemon Platinum
Pokemon Soul Silver
Kirby Triple Deluxe
Yoshi's New Island
Kid Icarus: Uprising
And I was tempted to buy Monster Hunters since it was on sale, but decided I had too much on my plate already...
Spending all too much time messing around on Battlefield 4.
Dishonored was free for gold, so I've played that a little.
Time is moving so slow, come on Sept. 9th!
Yeah... I still get into a lot of things that hit that nostalgia button. Once we have kids, though, almost all the gaming is probably going to come to a screeching halt. I don't like playing unless I can sit for hours at a time.
Good list of things to play, minus Spirit Tracks. Such a disappointment there. Go play Seasons&Ages if you haven't touched them instead--both amazing games and they have a system where you start one game, finish it, then play the other with a password from the first that gives you bonuses to start. Then, throughout your playthrough, you unlock passwords to send back to your first game, which you then do some kind of quest/minigame for a bonus/equip/rings, and get a password to send it back to your second game. Highly, highly recommended. They're both in the style of Link's Awakening... Also an amazing game.
Just beat Mass Effect 3. Can some one tell me why people raged so hard over the ending?
Spoiler: show
I mean, unless I'm reading your spoiler wrong, you pretty much answered your own question.
But that's not even a big complaint considering how every important character had a conclusion of sorts. I definitely enjoyed the ride, even if the destination was mediocre. Definitely not deserving of the complaints I've seen against it.
Well the new ending is new?
Edit: I mean all the bitching was before they created the new extended ending. Left a bad taste and no change is going to fix that. If you never saw the original and only saw the improved one, then it makes sense you don't see why people got pissed. You yourself even called the "improved" ending mediocre.
I played vanilla, so I don't know about anything other thenThat's vanilla right?Spoiler: show
All of the endings got expanded, if your game is up-to-date then you have the extended endings. Period.
Anyway, the endings still kind of suck because there's still little difference between them and your choices (which were supposed to be the big thing) are mostly meaningless.
The expanded endings are without a doubt better because while they still aren't terribly different as I said above, there's more difference than what color of light beams out (exaggeration here, but not by much)
Also consider the fact that the Mass Relays are now fucked and there's a bajillion aliens in the Milky Way.
Oh no, I played vanilla definitely. I just watched the extended cut endings on youtube, and with out a doubt they're better, but I'm still fine with the original ending.
Charismatic said why they are terrible. 1) 3 games based on how your choices matter -> oh wait nope. 2) the billions of aliens now stuck in the Sol system with no way to support them. Hai2u all life slowly dying of starvation. 3) joker taking the normandy and abandoning shephard = wat
