3 will always remain my favorite. 1 and 2 were great too and 4 was a massive peice of shit. In my opinion, at least

Was the PSP remake of SO1 decent? Only played 2(loved), 3(was ok), 4(jesus fuck stop saying kay).
PSP remake was really good, yeah.
PSP remake of SO2 was inferior to the original because they gave characters that 3 hit auto combo. Fucked up stun locking when you were using Eternal Sphere because of a delay after the last hit.
Also,
CRAUD HAS ADVANCED FORWARD
MY STRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNNNGTTTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHH HHH!
I need to get back to SO1, but I'm not sure if I should just start over. I missed getting Ashley or whatever his name is, and I hear he's pretty damn good.
I think I was exploting some glitch where you could avoid enemies. But ugh, been so long since I've played it I've forgotten half of it.

I'm done.
I was just getting to the part where I have to fight Crosell but I was going back and clearing all maps since I'd gotten the Ring of Disintegration and mah Gutsy Bunny (you da bess accessory). Was saving in Kaddan and poof, crash. I really do not want to do all that shit again even if I were to fix whatever's causing the crashes. Oh well.
If only I had the BC PS3 it wouldn't be an issue since I have the game discs sitting right next to me.
I know that feel =/ But i has been saving via the game + save states so i'm usual not too far behind if i crash and lose shit but it still is pretty off putting when it happens.
Last crash i had was during the CS after the Vox fight so only lost about 10 mins but gonna persevere with it a little bit longer and if it actually comes to it, have a look for a PS2 on ebay or something since i'm enjoying it a fair bit now to stop.
I hope I don't enjoy these games very much because my girlfriend only had the first three and getting the 4th would be a bit pricey.
It gets repetitive by the 3rd/4th game but the story is intriguing so depending on how much you like that you can keep going. Pretty sure I flamed out on the 4th because there was some long winded gate code breaking thing going on that you needed to farm for which I remember for all the games, but it was just so much worse in the 4th. Honestly the first game had the most impact and the rest didn't nearly do as much for me.
Supposedly GU has better gameplay, but it was never released here so I never got a chance to play it.
Is that vanillaware? It looks like their art but if it is vanillaware then I so need to play this.
Cosigning on flaming out on .dot hack by the third game. Where .dot hack shines is in it's anime series.
Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast is 5 bucks on Steam. Yay/Nay?
What type of game is that? I remember seeing it was going to get localized, then it didn't, then something about a full translation floating around. .
Its a its like a hybrid between your vanilla turn-based games and a TRPG as far as combat goes and as far as advancing the story/exploring and such it does its own thing. I've never played a game quite like it.
Obviously you won't understand all of whats going on here having never played but this'll give you some idea of what the game is like.
EDIT: It also does the whole Valkryie Profile thing where you train up your dudes and then send 'em up for war. No tragic scenarios where they die at the end to recruit them though, of course. These guys are just random soldiers that you'd hire similar to plenty of TRPGs out there.
Welp I'm sold.
I shall now acquire this.
Good looking out, Chari.
Is there a full English patch for it? I stopped keeping tabs on the game ages ago.
Yes there is.
Google "Grand Knight's History Translation" and I'm sure something will turn up.
I started up final fantasy eight again. Currently on disc two and just got garden moving. Also playing suikoden and ff9. As well as disgaea 3 vita. I have the patience of a two year old. Never did beat d3 so im glad I picked it up on the vita. My personal pref in star open series is one two four three. Three would ran higher but the needless backtracking until you get to 4d space is rediculous. Fours battle system is really op early game if you know what you are doing. I love reimi. Hate the child who gets it on with fayt. Detested the last boss. It disgusted me that he was the final boss. Three had a much better ztory the four.
