I think most people mad that RE isn't a fake horror game anymore and just went full on action like it always wanted.
Anyway, been playing the shit out of Hyrule Warriors, managed to unlock Master Sword fully and now finishing up all the adventure maps. Goddamn this game has a lot to do in it.
The good thing about the game is, it doesn't even have to be more than a Michael Bay movie. The story is more than entertaining, the gameplay is very good and, most importantly, with multiplayer it's even better.
I can see it being fun in online co-op, but, even though it's PS3, split-screen is where it really, really starts to shine. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, that comes close to the fun you can have while struggling through the game on the highest difficulty, repeating each section until you've got it down to perfection because you have almost no ammo and herbs, all while high-fiving each other, laughing about some over-the-top death scenes and, of course, enjoying the action, which the game features plenty of. The game doesn't have to be Silent Hill storywise; it no longer pretends to be something it isn't, and in that it excels.
Speaking of quick time events, I finished Heavy Rain this weekend and it was awesome despite being all QTEs. Way better than Beyond Two Souls. With all those endings to choose from, I wonder how they'll handle the story if they do decide to turn it into a movie.
Playing the absolute piss outta Grim Dawn. A-RPG in early access by the people that made Titan Quest. It's not Diablo 3 easy but it's also not Path of Exile deep. A good middle. If you like ARPGs, I'd check it out.
I think I said it before when I mentioned my marathon through all of the REs with a friend; RE6 is pretty fucking fun and a bit silly to the point it had us cracking up. Good times.
They might as well have called it Call of Duty, especially Chris section.
So i thought i was at the end of graces F right? I beatand then i get the air ship. First place i visit, i run into an exploding enemy... that does 20k to everyone and instantly kills me. find out i dont get a continue option on non boss fights. Get super pissed off because the last two bosses were back to back and stupidly high HP/difficulty. dont wanna play again now =/ I still need to beat persona 4 (im at the heaven dungeon) and persona 3, im somewhere around the middle with bullshit random enemys that one shot my MC and i lose all the grinding i do in the past hour. picked up xillia 2, but i dont want to play it because i am busy trying to do other shit, and im at the final dungeon of tales of hearts R. Did anyone actually bother to lower their prison years count to 0 in that vita game. uh something, charismatic posted a video of it, where you get 20 years for not liking percy propa. cause fuck that shit, i beat the last boss and then said nope. PS the prison game is freedom warsSpoiler: show
FYI you can dodge Killing Field.
Still leads to a dead party besides you but at least you can recover.
Im only on normal difficulty, you dont lose achievements for changing difficulty in this one?
If by achievements, you mean trophies, nope. You only have to change it before beating the last boss. Of course, this is if you're referring to graces f. I still need to play through Hearts R, so don't know if you're referring to that either, and I don't recall being able to change difficulties in persona games.
Regarding Graces f, with enough accuracy(I think), you can kinda get to a point where you can keep bosses stun locked by coordinating A-Artes( I think this is what those are, been too long), I think there's maybe 2-3 bosses that this doesn't work so well on.
Also, regarding that boss

Yeah, i switched over to easy andso now i have to go hunt down swimsuits? Lame. is there only 3 locations you can locate with the shuttle?? I actally didnt findSpoiler: showto be that difficult at all. The dude back at the castle i had to go specialize my weapon with flame on it and level up a bit to actually beat him. he was curb stomping the shit out of meSpoiler: show
What exactly does accuracy do? I managed to kill the "boss" at the oswell family vault in a single combo, it died at 97 hits, 3 shy of 100 lol.
I don't remember how many new places you can go to with the shuttle. Regarding accuracy: the main important thing I remember it doing is being able to actually stagger enemies/bosses, since on chaos difficulty, you won't be stagger much without a good amount of accuracy, on lower difficulties you can probably do with much less, not sure, but on chaos its almost a must. In short, accuracy helps gets past enemies iron stance I guess you could say. Accuracy/Evasion are actually the most important stats, but when I say this, I'm speaking in terms of chaos difficulty as I don't know how much difference these makes on lower difficulties.
If enemies still aren't being staggered by your attacks, then you may want to start looking into accuracy, it'll make things much easier when you can finally combo/stagger stuff consistently. The reasoning behind evasion is due to the fact that enemies have lesser chance of staggering you, I personally find acc/evasion the two most useful stats in graces f, the extra def and stuff doesn't help much if you get juggled/staggered to death.
Oh, another great benefit to accuracy is that also boosts crit rate.
Are there any better weapons besides platinum available from shops? or am i stuck defeating special bosses for rare and elite weapons.
