How well has it aged? Considering picking it up..or getting it on loan.

Not that I played it since PS2-era but I think it should be fine. The graphic style is definitely decent and aged well imo and the game is really a lot of fun.
Just started fire emblem awakening. Going to be raging by the end as I'm trying to not let my units fie as I'm playing hardcore mode.
Got back into Bravely Default and the Wind Crystal boss the third time around is friggin brutal.
Finally finished up Nep U plat. Now I'm going through some games I never finished in hopes of finishing them up(plat wise), before HW.
Currently working on finishing up J-stars, then after that I'll probably attempt to finish up dead nation or just go through the walking dead. I also have Infamous Second Son coming this week so I can finally play through that before HW as well. If I have time after finishing all these up, gonna try to finally finish gravity rush as well, the controls make it hard for me to stick with the game, plus me sucking at it as well doesn't help any.
I was browsing IPT for Scarface (the rapper) and came across the game from 2006. Never played it. Just spent the last 45 minutes or so playing. It may be because I love the movie and the nostalgia with it, but it was a ton of fun!
Got a PS4. Started playing War Thunder since it's made by the same team that did IL-2 Sturmovik and Birds of Steel. It's literally a free to play Birds of Steel. Other than that I've been trying out Dying Light. Parts of it I like, others not so much. It would be more fun if I had three peeps I knew playing.
Been trying to play Star Ocean 4.
Fell asleep during one of the long cutscenes.
Played so more. Got to the fight where you're rescuing bird lady.
As much as SO3 gets crap for the plot twist, at least I liked most of the characters.
SO4 just. . everything feels off. I keep trying to give the game a chance, but it just feels so horribly *dull*.
I actually booted up SO3 a bit ago while FFRR updates. You're pretty much right about the likable cast, at this point the plot twist probably can't ruin the game for me, battle system is too much fun and the characters are all fun to use and actually interesting (some more than others). Finally progressing in what I THINK is the main story, met this sick flower girl that looks exactly like Sophia who is on her way to pick flowers off a fucking mountain, who does that!? Well either way it has my attention, though I am not sure how relevant this chick is.
As for SO4, I remember buying it when it first came out and also falling asleep several times. I would like to give it one more chance after I finish SO3, but man... those characters look awful and seriously, is that a buzz lightyear wannabe?
Darkest dungeon. So damn fun
..........God damn it, now I can't ever unsee that comparison to Bacchus. As for SO4, I remember buying it when it first came out and also falling asleep several times. I would like to give it one more chance after I finish SO3, but man... those characters look awful and seriously, is that a buzz lightyear wannabe?
I'm done. Gonna boot up Natural Doctrine instead.
I didn't! I was distracted by the countless " 'kay" from Lymle and the porn star name of the main character.
Bacchus Lightyear. Lol I guess I should have kept that to myself. Currently en route to save the Sophia clone in SO3. Damn everyone is LV 20 but Nel stayed at a low level and I can't figure out how to get her on our level.
Bravely Default: At the point of the game where I say "Fuck it" and let the game play itself to max out my job levels.
currently playing:
Puzzle & Dragons - of course
Bunny Must Die - you know how people say a game is difficult but you don't believe them? no. this game is fucking difficult. fifteen minutes in and I've already run into two really nasty boss fights. this is awesome... though it's not the kind of game I can play all day errday without getting frustrated.
Rogue Legacy - started playing this after Bunny Must Die and I was like "well, at least I'm getting rewarded for dying all the time now!" the descendant system is awesome; I can't wait to see how many characters I run through before I beat the game.
I remember doing that... good times. maxed out all levels and jobs in some forest somewhere letting the game play itself. I think I may have used a rubber band on the 3DS at one point lol
I'm doing it in the earth temple with a growth egg. Halfway there.
And all 24 jobs mastered across all 4 characters.
Sword Drain Magic + Dark Knight's AoE attacks = OP as fuck.
