Watching this guy play Bloodborne has been one of my favorite things this year.
Partly because he's not very good and partly because he's just entertaining as heck.

War Thunder, War Thunder, War Thunder, and Fallout 3...Seriously War Thunder is like crack to me. WWII aviation game that has over 60k people on at any given time? I'm fucking in.

Got discouraged after getting my ass kicked so much in Bloodborne. Bought new armor and fortified my weapon once, but things still result in getting ganged up on and dying.

Seems like I'm supposed to run from some of these crowds. Such as the clusterfuck at the bonfire and the wolfhound demon things.

That's one way to handle it. Rather than doing that, however, I'd try taking my time. Try your best to lure them 1-2 at a time until you get good enough to handle more. Running will get you past this situation and probably several others but you'll need to learn how to play at some point, ya know?

Well I finally killed my first boss so I can level up so yay for now being able to level.

To make things clear, you actually don't need to kill any bosses. What you need is 1 insight.
If you were to use a madman's knowledge and then go back to the dream you could level up, also if you were to go into a boss area and then warp out you could also do it.

Its a little late now but good to know for future runs maybe.

Yeah, I had to study up on the game a bit. I feel like I'm playing something like Deadly Towers where I have no sense of direction... except it's not complete shit.

Also picked up Guilty Gear XX Accent on Steam. I see why people like fighting sticks now. Quarter circles are a bitch to execute in rapid secession on a 360 pad.

Forgot to mention, I started to play a game called I Am Alive. Supposed to be a post apocalyptic game where the graphics are a permanent grey ish thing. I only paid around $1.70 (Nuuvem) and so far it's pretty ok. Definitely worth checking out if found for cheap.

I've lost control of my life in Terraria, I've been playing in expert mode and was having a great time with everything. So much so that I've started an expert world hardcore Yoyo only warrior and am currently getting prepared for the wall of flesh, I can't believe how much fun they've made this game with just this one update.

Anyone else playing Yugioh: Legacy of the duelist? I have it on XB1 and honestly I'm overwhelmed with all these cards and rrrules now.

I mostly know stuff from the og and gx and some 5ds stuff. I don't even know what what kind of deck to make except trying to be a tricky mother fucker.

edit: actually I need to make an anti-trap card style deck if that's possible

Also saw some footage of P.T. I never had much interest in Silent Hill but I'll just say Konami can go fuck themselves for the nth time since that actually looked pretty damn good.

The last Yugioh game I had was the 2009 Stardust Accelerator DS one, and I stopped actively collecting the physical cards around the time Synchro monsters started coming out. Funny that you should mention this though - a friend of mine started getting some of the older cards online again and started trying to make some unique decks that could do well against each other, so the game's fairly fresh on my mind.

Off the top of my head, if you're wanting to negate traps, I'd look at using:

Jinzo
Royal Decree
Trap Stun
Solemn Judgment
7 Tools of the Bandit
Trap Jammer
Light and Darkness Dragon
Sorceror of Dark Magic (if you can summon him easily)
"Ancient Gear" monsters
Herald of Purple Light
Mirage Dragon
Pitch-Black Warwolf

As far as specific deck types go, I usually ran some sort of variant of Macro Monarchs (remove everything from play with Macro Cosmos/Dimensional Fissure, use self-reviving monsters like D.D. Scout Plane/Survivor as tributes for your Monarch monsters) or Hopeless Dragon (use Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon/Red-Eyes Wyvern, Future Fusion/Dragon's Mirror, and other Dark-based monsters to swarm the field with strong dragon monsters like Five-Headed Dragon, etc.). I also had a fairly gimmicky but annoying deck based around A Legendary Ocean that utilized a lot of bounce/discard effects, and being able to attack with things like Gravity Bind or Level Limit - Area B on the field. Finally, I had a "lockdown" deck that utilized Jinzo/Royal Decree, Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV4/6/8, and Destiny Hero - Plasma to give a big middle finger to anything the opponent tried to do, but it was difficult to pull off, lol.

If you have Doom 3 for PC and haven't tried yet, download the Absolute HD mod. I haven't played it much, but it looks like a huge improvement!

I finally started playing Dying Light and yesterday I couldn't put it down. I only did a few missions, but it was fun to just roam around and beat some zombie ass. Really glad I got it.
