Tried playing Remember Me on PC. Constant freeze/crash requiring a reboot has made me sour on the game. It seems semi cool, but I can't be bothered with this nonsense. Glad I only paid like, $3 or something for it.

It's fun but it suffers from the UE3 stutter extravaganza more then most games.
I google'd possible fixes and nothing has worked. I'm not too bothered because of what I paid, but it's too bad the game is unplayable on pc.
On a side note, my friend was having issues playing Arkham Knight on pc with his 260x. Forget where we got the fix (was on cell phones) but it worked and he's thrilled. The ultimate win is convincing a console only guy to accept his pc overlords!
Been in an EBA/Ouendan phase again.
LBX on 3DS
Played it originally on PSP CFW years ago so feels good to replay it again fresh.
Looking for some ideas on co-op multiplayer games that aren't mmo or fps to play with a friend. 360/ps4/pc
Started playing L.A. Noire. Absolutely beautiful at 1440p. Really enjoying it!
Rocket League fills me with a sense of glee I haven't had from a game in years.
Especially when things just happen to work out amongst the chaos which lets you net a score. That and the high skill ceiling with the controls, which are a joy to work with. Still working on being able to do stunts off the wall to reliably hit a mid-air ball.
Finally started Mass Effect. Was thrilled with the textures mod and how it makes the game look great. Then....freeze....and another freeze....and another. Read that apparently ME is a buggy mess. Too bad because it seems like a lot of fun but another unplayable game.
Did you maybe try removing your mods..? That might make it playable.
ME is buggy like pretty much every western RPG since ever but its less so than many of the games you've probably already played.
Fievel and I started playing Castle Crashers and its a load of fun. Not sure why I waited so long to play this.
Now that I stopped playing FFXIV, I'm playing Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate pretty much exclusively. I've been soloing my way through the game, only playing online once I've actually soloed that mission, and it's been a blast. Started playing in May, and just 3 weeks ago I managed to get plast that damn wall called Gogmazios. I kept getting time out loses because it has so much HP, but finally I made it. Maybe with another weapon it would have been easier, but fuck it, guard lance forever. Now I'm slowly and frustratingly doing each apex monster quest and cursing the stupid mechanic, but still enjoying it a lot. Can't wait to unlock G-Rank red Fatalis and complete my blast lance!
It's basically cheating, but you should try Lance with evasion+3. The duration of the backhop is the exact number of frames that are invulnerable, so with 3 in a row you're basically invincible for a good 1.5 seconds.
Yeah, I know... But I don't really dig the "ignore the big shield, just hop through Teostra's Nova". Not only because as you say it would trivialize many fights, but because I feel good using the shield correctly, getting that counter that lets me continue poking, using the behind-the-shield poke to attack through otherwise unsafe gaps, etc. Maybe in cross, although I think I'll try Sword and shield there.
Forza 6. I haven't played a racing game in a LONG time and this so far has been a great experience. Bought mainly due to a good friend being a hardcore Forza 5 & Horizon 2 player. Graphics are on point and driving is fun. I haven't turned off assists yet. I can see playing this game quite a bit.
Bought Madden 15 off Ebay for $10 to get my football fix and realized I could've bought the EA Access pass for $30. Not sure if worth it. Opinions?
PC: Borderlands, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect. I'm basically toying with a bit of everything to see what piques my interest. FC3 BD is incredibly fun, but the colors get to me after awhile. I picked up AC since I've had it forever and haven't played it at all and was told I should. I also have 2, 3, 4 Gold, and Brotherhood in the backlog. Mass Effect...I just can't get into it. I think it's because I'm just not a big sci fi guy. Borderlands is another I have had for awhile that I haven't given much time to. It's definitely fun. I really dislike driving though!
I was looking for a game that I think doesn't actually exist. I was messing around with Skyrim again and wanted to play a pure third person shooter/rpg where you get new gear/guns where it's visible. While Fallout 3/NV does that, I was looking for something a little faster paced (maybe that's not the correct verbiage?) like Borderlands, FC, etc. Is there anything out there like that?
