Taking a break from everything and dipping into Dissidia to gear myself up for the upcoming english release.
Shanttotto's Ex Manaburn status is fucking hax.

Replaying Bioshock and I have to say I loved the story the first time through but didn't really get the gameplay, probably because I rarely used plasmids. This time I've been using mostly plasmids and the wrench and I'm loving it. Really starting to crave the second one, sucks that it was delayed.
Since my PC was out of commission for a few days, I decided to plow through Castlevania SotN again. After that I started playing Tales of Rebirth on PS2. I'm about 20 hours into it at the moment.
disgaea 3 now
Xenogears 2.0 playthrough, I am in pursuit of Redrum. Ugh and just when I thought the worst part of the game is over lol. Well yeah it is, swimming through the sewers is a fucking nightmare. I wish AVGN digged RPG's, I could totally see a potential review.
cant stop playing street fighter 4 on psn and battlefield 1943, they are like crack for me
Guild Wars, random PvP is pretty fun
BlazBlue and random SSBB with friends when time permits.
CoD WaW and some Need for Speed Carbon the last few days. Downloaded a Challenger for NFS. So now I'm rolling in a pimped out red Challenger with purple flames on the side. Yeah baby.
Just beat Tales of Vesperia today, I'd rate it the best JRPG I've played this gen so far overtaking Lost Odyssey. I was disappointed with the ending, if you could call it that but it doesn't take away from the game, I'm very impressed with it.
SFA3
Spoiler: show
and Brave Fencer Musashi
I'm playing Persona 4 at the moment. I've noticed that when I try to quit the game while playing it on my PS3 it causes it to crash every time and I have to turn the power off at the back. ¬_¬
Anyway, It's the first Persona game I've played and I'm enjoying it so far. However the first 2 hours were pretty much CS after CS, glad I can finally move around freely now.
Professor Layton 2 next month!! ^-^
Played this again like a month ago. Totally not what I remember. lol Voice acting is like god awful, and the names are goofy as expected, BUT there are swords, I guessss. Preferred it as a fond memory. :c
Playing Super Robot Wars blahblah Endless Frontier atm. Lots of fun, but sites are giving it crap reviews for too many boob-jokes and potty humor. lol ;/ FF: Chrystal Chronicles Ring of Fates as well intermittently as I get bored. Got a flash cart recently, causing all kinds of DS game lurve.
I've never played ant Persona or SMT games, but I have Devil Survivor/Summoner on the DS; not really sure whether to jump into it yet or not. lol
How is Prof. Layton? The DS game, right? Saw lots of positive reviews but real idea of what the game's like and hesitant to jump into /yet another/ game. lol
If you have a flash cart there's no reason not pick up Prof. Layton and try it out eventually, it's not that long and the story is fantastic, but you have to like logic/puzzle games. The downside to owning a flash cart is you can easily go nuts downloading dozens of games, then feel too overwhelmed to make any progress in any one game. After I got my flash cart I played the absolute shit out of Soma Bringer, then couldn't bring myself to finish another DS game for months, even though I got up to 100+ on my SD card. Be warned!
And I haven't played a Persona/SMT game all the way through either (played some nocturne a while back) but I've been dying to play the copy of Persona 4 on my shelf for months.
Currently 76 hours into (my first ever playthrough of) FF6, got everyone in my party and everyone's ~40-50, still missing a few espers, etc. I'm estimating I'll go past 99 hours, assuming the counter doesn't max out at 99. Tbh I think this game is ridiculously unappreciated, I'd easily rate it above FF7, but I don't know if I liked it more than FF9 (my 2nd favorite, after FF12)... maybe it edges out FF4 for #3 but I have to see the ending.
After beating Tales of Symphonia, I decided to try Tales of the Abyss, which I heard was actually pretty good... After Symphonia, this game seems so horrible. =( The story just can't keep me interested, but I'm just trying to push through towards the end, since I know if I stop, I won't ever finish it. >.<
That's exactly how I'm feeling and the same process I went through. Scavenged like crazy for DS games after getting and have so many I had to split them up into folders, but now I'm poking along at two or three, not really getting anywhere in one specific game. lol Thanks for the recommendation.
Super random because I was seriously considering starting FF6 like last month. This channel I watch on Youtube does really good "Let's Play" series and they started FF6 but I'm stopping myself from watching so that the experience is fresh. lol Just a matter of starting it because like you're saying, I'm hearing it's friggin amazing. D: Nabbed FF4 for DS as well, and the updates style looks very interesting, but ..haven't committed. :<
If you're a big fan of the others side from Symphonia, there's a fansub group that does all the "Tales of" anime that gets released! Haven't watched any myself yet, but it seems decent?
Ive been just played Assassin's Creed, very fun game but also, very repetitive. The graphics are amazing and the fighting style I really like, but the quests are REALLY repetitive.
I also played Left 4 Dead, just sent it back into gamefly, really fun game if you have fomr friends to play with (rl friends are always better imo :D). NFS undercover should be coming in from gamefly sometime soon so I'll see how that is. Hopefully it is as good as NFS Most Wanted!
its not as good as most wanted =( its also like the easiest nfs ever, heh
Is the online good?
