And beat. Thankfully the dungeon wasn't as bad as Liber Ark, but in Trails of the Sky fashion the ending is making me beg for more.

Since my Day One original FFXIII xbox 360 disc 3 got scratched into oblivion a few years ago by my old 360, decided to buy the steam version while it was on sale for my brand new laptop and holy shit, the graphics at 1080p are so god damn gorgeous compared to the 360 version, already on chapter 6 (Sunleth Waterscape) and between that and Lake Bresha, been overall enjoying the background graphics.

A friend convinced me to pick up Grim Dawn before the official launch and price hike. Spent about two hours or so with it last night and like it quite a bit so far. It's a Diablo-style hack and slash loot collecting game, but the part that has me interested is the class progression. There's a number of them available (typical archetypes: Fighter, magic, pet, ranged, etc) but the twist on the convention is that at level 10 you can begin picking up skills from another class, too. Right now I'm level 16 I think, and split between Soldier and Demolitions. The synergy is nice: I'm super tanky and covered in fire at all times, and when things try to hit me, they become more on fire. I can't wait to dig into it more.
Definitely. Those two themes are awesome.
But I raise you these two; best dungeon theme ever.
And most awesome boss theme:
I wish Chari were here to rebuttal...
In relation to chari, he did it to himself
Damn Cold Steel 2 has some nice tracks. Sucks the estimated date isn't until end of 2016.
In honor of the 20th anniversary of Pokemon, I have decided to replay my original pokemon Red ON my original Fat Gameboy and so far..... i'm wondering how I didn't get eye cancer from it lol, hurts my eyes so much, still fun though!
Finally finished Steins;Gate completely and I'm blown away. Why hasn't this been made into a multi part movie? This was so good. Probably the best time travel story ever. Can't wait to play S;G 0... if only it was in english ; ;
I've been officially sucked into the world of VN.... I need moar!!!!
I'm doing something similar so I picked up the best console ever..................... ds lite >_>
Got back into RE: Revelations 1 yesterday. Game play is fun but the "story" so far sucks balls. Glad it came in a bundle cause I'd be pissed if I paid for this. Literally laughed out loud during the scene where a BOW throws a lady into glass killing her and she's wearing a tactical like outfit but showing off her massive knockers.
Lately I've been having this huge urge to play XI (private server only) just to level jobs. I'm about 97% positive I won't load it up, but there is/was something so calming about leveling while listening to music you enjoy.
There will be free time in April on the normal servers.
I've been having an urge to go back to XI or XIV myself. However I know it will end in failure on either choice. For XI I think the magic is gone and I'll never be able to recreate it even if I started from scratch. For XIV I know the problems that made me leave are still there.
Dusted off my PS3 and bought Resident Evil 2, 3, and Code Veronica X for under $8 on PSN's RE anniversary sale. Those old, clunky controls make me miss RE4, but the classics are still fun to play.
Got on a XI private server after nearly 7 years. Feels good man. Enjoying my time. Playing with old friends too.
That's how I feel about it too. It's just going to end in failure of some sorts. As I said, it's not really for doing the story or anything. I've already done that on retail over six characters. Maybe I'm just a nut but I absolutely love leveling Beastmaster and then /Bst. No matter how repetitive it is/was I still loved it.
