    Woo hoo! Beat star ocean 2! Being my first play through I missed a lot of the extra things especially item creation. I the only thing I managed to create was a duplicate magic rock >_>. It's kind of depressing that I had to abuse a glitch on the final boss in order to beat him. His second form was just impossible, a 8000-9999 dmg AoE? Come on... No res-all items and no cure-all items made it almost impossible to recover from that. And of course right afterwards he does another 2000 dmg AoE to kill whomever was left. I think I need a break from RPG's. Maybe an action/adventure game. Thinking maybe Jak or Ratchet and Clank...

    Jak and R&C are both great choices... the Spider Caves in Jak is one of my favorite levels ever, from an atmospheric standpoint.

    and yeah, SO2 gets ridiculous towards the end. I never did beat it.

    With Infinite Undiscovery, the first time I played the game, I loaded it up, played it for 10 minutes and threw it across my room.

    The second time I played the game, I decided I'd stomach it to see if it got better, I loaded it up, played it for 2 hours, and threw it across my room again.

    The third time I sat down and played through the game, and despite how much the battle system felt like trying to play Scrabble with a dyslexic, I actually enjoyed the game by the time I finished it, although I had to mute the sound by the end of the game cause the constant screaming of stupidly named abilities made me want to kill myself.

    Currently playing through Last Remnant, just started it though.
    Almost done with Grandia 3, I've enjoyed it so far, my only complaint is Alfina's voice makes me want strangle someone, and they would probably be a better voice for her while I was strangling them, than her current voice actor is.
    Also playing through Tales of Symphonia on Mania with friends with grade spent at the beginning of the game to make it as hard as possible. (Minimum HP and such).

    Can't recommend the PC version with mods enough if you've beaten the game 3+ times. New/alternate stories, extra bosses, harder gameplay, and tightened graphics for newer systems. Advent Children mod is still WIP, but the Turks mode was pretty decent. Phoenix project is probably the best mod since it restores some lost story elements and makes more sense out of the game: [Release] Final Fantasy VII Phoenix Rejuvenation Project

    Back to playing Bionic Commando Rearmed on PS3 after deciding to just go ahead and finish the last couple stages, just to be greeted with a patch that finally implements trophies.

    Of course I got pissed off when said patch stated that I had to delete my entire game progress to get access to unlocking them, so here I am stuck having to replay the entire game, redo my challenge room runs, recollect crap, all on a now-adjusted difficulty level for Normal mode.
    (which I never really saw the point of since Normal was 'reasonable' for me. Only notable addition was not being sent way back to the last check-point when you hit an instant-death zone like water)

    [EDIT] Christ this game is shorter than I realized, almost already back to where I used to be.

    [EDIT2] Whelp, beat the game in one sitting, scoring half of the trophies while I was at it. Time to get the rest of them...

    Been playing Valkyrie Profile on the DS. I gotta say the game is more addicting than I thought it would be. I enjoy the direction it took with making it a srpg. Abit on the short side but multiple playthroughs for all the endings and seraphic gate make up for it.

    Dude, I had no clue, preciate the heads up. Unfortunately, due to my limited time (gotta finish the game in 4 days), I'm going to do it console, straight plot. But do you know a place to get all the mods if I ever decide to do it computer style?

    Never knew the PC version was any different at all, much less had community projects going on. lol Might take this for a spin just because. D:

    Seriously, fuck Rainbow Pudding in Final Fantasy IV DS. Been at this for 2 days, trying to farm up enough gil for a member's writ (the 100k pass that lets you get gil farmer) on my 2nd playthrough off of puddings, trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

    I don't have Treasure Hunter yet, I'm not sure why I haven't moved on yet but yea, my patience is wearing thin. I might have to come back once I get the last 1% from Tower of Babil or whatever the fuck I missed the first time through.

    And the sad part is Rainbow Pudding is only one of 25 or so 0.4% drops I'll need to farm up ; ;

    Fallout 3. Trying to get all achievements before Mothership Zeta comes out so I can focus on the new ones only. I need the speech one, Stealing Independence, and You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head. Boosted the difficulty up to Very Hard and finally getting some challenge out of it. Idk if it's a glitch or something but Fawkes on my game is nearly impossible to kill. I hid in my Chinese Stealth Armor while he took on 2 Albino Radscorpions, a Deathclaw, and a Super Mutant Behemoth (last one for the achievement!). It literally took the Behemoth 2 minutes of just pounding on Fawkes to knock off the 2nd bar of HP.

    Bought House of the Dead: Overkill. Never heard the F word used so much in my life. It's an "OK" shooter, but really wish they had went with the old elements of the originals instead of the, "Let's make fun of every element of the game and make the bosses ridiculously easy." Friend and I beat it in probably 3-4 hours with extra mutants turned on. Director's cut is a lot better, though. Skip all the stupid cut scenes and just shoot mutants/zombies. However, I wouldn't say this game is worth the $30. Maybe $20 but that's pushing it.

    Bought these two titles recently:

    Street Fighter IV
    Marvel Vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes

    Street Fighter IV feels a bit wonky o.o;

    honestly it's not worth farming anything you don't have to farm until you get TH. the only reason I did it without TH was because I had endless time to burn while taking phone calls at my job, so I didn't even have to pay attention. if you want to go for it, more power to you, but I wouldn't recommend it. although it might be nice to get one Adamant Armor for your replay, should make the game a lot easier.

    currently playing:
    Wild Arms, might quit this soon, encounter rate (and the slow battles) is driving me nuts.
    Ratchet & Clank, gonna beat this the next time I play it most likely.
    Breath of Fire II GBA, just reached the part where you go insect-hunting to save Jean's sorry ass. if he weren't so useful on the world map I'd almost wish I could skip this, he's such a shitty character in-battle. although his dialogue is sometimes amusing.

    Just started playing Bioshock and I'm loving how dark and creepy the game is. Also playing Last Remnant. Not entirely loving it but I can't say I really dislike it either. I got mixed feelings on the game. The choppy battlescenes are probably my biggest irk about the game.

    You might find SFIV hard to get into if you didn't enjoy the SFII series. Kind of pissed there's no Deejay and T. Hawk, but it's still a solid game.
