Seiken Densetsu 3... once again.
OK I am playing RE5 and RE0 remake together, these two make me hands full
I am using Duran/Hawk/Lise
I am thinking Duelist/Wanderer/Fenrir Knight (maybe Dragon Master)
Almost got PKed by a Hammerdin during my last Baal run. He must have never seen me before since I easily broke his poison Immunity. One stab and he ate dirt pretty quick, probably thought I was a Bonemancer and didn't have any poison resist gear. I'm slowly starting to like the malice rune word after using it on accident during that fight. Open Wounds and Crushing blow make poison look like it's doing more than it is.
I really just want to aura wave spam and rape bitches
poison bubble to keep MP flowing and stat downs for bosses!
good times. I need to replay that... like a hundred times, so I can try out all the different classes.
currently playing:
Mario & Luigi 3 - Jesus this game can be a bitch. it's not so bad if you've got the timing down, but if you don't, it can fuck you up pretty hardcore for a Mario game. I just got through the path to Bowser's Castle, and the chain chomp guys can take you 3/4 of the way down from max health if you don't counter their attacks, since they attack more than once in a turn, and each hit does a lot of damage. they're easy to deal with once you figure out their pattern, but still... damn.
Alundra - took a temporary hiatus but still plan on beating this one eventually. it's fun, but taxing as hell. very difficult game. thank god for endless health-ups via mowing the grass.
Final Fantasy VII - felt like replaying this, but I doubt I'll get far. it's not as fun to replay as some of the other games in the series that have a lot of potential for OCD stat-up abuse (espers in FFVI, Guardian Forces in FFVIII, equipment bonuses in FFIX, clearing and re-sphering the grid in FFX).
Valkyirie Profile 2: Silmeria - on hiatus. got tired of the retarded "break" system for getting drops for enemies. I do want to finish, start over on hard, and get a perfect release game someday... but we'll see about that.
I get that replay urge from time to time and especially with FF7. By the time I hit disc 3, I just say fuck it and move on. Well I used to until I found out how bad ass the PC version is. With all the mods, updates, and updates It's never the same game when I pick it up. Fighting Sephiroth as a mid-boss, breaking the 9999 damage limit, playing as the turks, alternate storylines based on Waiting for a Smile and Advent Children game packs, it almost never gets old. Too bad none of the other FF games were available on PC. (and FFXI doesn't count!)
I downloaded FF7 on my PSP/PS3 thinking I'd replay it and got to the Golden Saucer before I lost interest. Eh, some day!
Almost 60 hrs into Persona 4 and I only just saved Rise/Teddie. At this rate I'll have nearly 200 by the time I beat it, and that's just for 1 playthrough. This game is amazing.
Started Super Metroid too, then deleted my save because I missed some upgrades and it's kinda a dick about backtracking whenever you want. But yeah, Super Metroid is amazing... kinda want to take a break from Persona and just 100% this.
I also played a little of the Aquaria demo, which is one of the best looking PC games I've seen in a while. It's almost as pretty as Muramasa, imo.
Cave Story is kinda on hold cuz I got to some boss that was a huge dick so meh.
which boss was that in Cave Story? it does have some pretty difficult ones.
Must be extremely rare, I can't even find torrents of it.

Just for the love of god don't use the YAMP multi-patcher. It's a stolen compilation of patches from the forum above. Not only that, but it messes with your system and makes it impossible to install other patches. Also instead of doing a full install, just burn the iso files on 3 CDs, some of patches require a CD and nocd cracks won't cut it. Other than that, I recommend the Phoenix Revival Project combined with the NPC reconstruction patch, and the FF7 Music editor so you can update the music with your favorite FF7 OST. Personally, I switch out the battle theme with an instrumental of "We G's" by DJ Green Lantern: YouTube - Final Fantasy VII - Rap Remix (Instrumental)
Switching up between Dissidia and Disgaea 3 now. *sulks* still so many games I have left unfinished.
Been playing the shit out of Katamari Forever. Beat the Forever mode, and nearly done Katamari Drive, except I'm taking a break due to one bullshit level made harder by the grey-colour filter.
how does it compare to beautiful katamari? Worth $49.99?
Playing ff6, Dissidia, and Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth. About the artifacts of Odin in Valkyrie Profile, is it better to send them back or just keep them all?
I've not played Beautiful Katamari, so all I can say is, is that they should have stuck with its JP name, which was "Katamari Tribute", since that's what Katamari Forever essentially is.
A fair chunk of the game is recycled levels from Katamari, We <3 Katamari, Me & My Katamari, and I wouldn't be surprised if there was a couple from Beautiful Katamari in there also. There are some levels unique to Forever, but I'll be damned if I can lay a finger as to how many of them are.
Its got none of that unlock-key DLC bullshit though for content that's on the fricken disc itself, which was my main reason for not bothering with Beautiful Katamari.
I'd personally wait for a price drop. As for me, I just picked it up as I need a gaming fix until Uncharted 2, and Katamari Forever just happened to have been released the day I was browsing my local Walmart, and that nothing else was appealing to me that wasn't $70 fucking dollars.
(which is weird, since my Walmart very rarely gets non-AAA games on shelf for their release day)
Bandai-Namco is just lucky the ball-rolling formula works well, as they want you to essentially play through all the 34 stages 3-4 times (on different play modes) for full completion, which I plan to do.
