Yeah im starting to understand it now, just finished the chase with big mama and killed Raven. I think I like this game but the story telling is terrible.

You really have to play all 3 before it to get it.

As crazy as it is, it all weaves together very well as a whole.

Just picked up The Last Remnant for $15 new. Im a big fan of RPGs but really look into this one at all. IS it any good. I will generally just pick up games if they are that cheap. Also I got the Xbox Live starter kit (PGR4, 12 months of live, a headset and keyboard) for $7. Which retails for $69.99. ME 1 | Kmart Electronics Department 0

Once you understand the battle system and leveling system, Last Remnant is one of the best games I've played for quite a while. Just make sure you install it to your HDD or the load times and lag will be unbearable.

Beat Darksiders, now just killing time until Mass Effect 2.

I've gone through about 6 or 7 playthroughs of ME2 in a row to unlock the achievements I've missed, currently all I'm missing are the hardcore/insanity ones and the one for medi-gel which I imagine I'll get sometime during my hardcore playthrough. This game never gets old, oddly enough, or maybe it's just my anticipation. I'm at the point that I know exactly where to hold my controller to spam through dialogue the fastest and where exactly what types of enemies will spawn. Combined with my level X gear hardcore isn't even remotely difficult.

Also working on an Impossible playthrough of Dead Space, which is also pretty easy with the Tank Suit and weapons. Oddly enough on all my previous 3-4 playthroughs of this game I've rrrrrrrraged so hard at the piece of shit ADS cannon, barely scraping through with >10% hull integrity at the end but on my first try on Impossible, I managed to unlock the achivement with 69% health remaining. Just have to get that other turret-related secret achievement and I'll be at 1000/1000 for DS as well.

1/26 can't get here soon enough

still playing Muramasa, the combat is everything Odin Sphere wishes it had. the storytelling is god-awful though, one of the worst translations I've seen in a long time.

gonna pick up Sands of Destruction as soon as it's dumped, can't wait! and Glory of Heracles too, this is the best week for DS RPGs in a long time.

slowly making my way through Super Mario Galaxy. just found out there's a Luigi mode afterwards and you have to get 120 stars on both to get the real/best ending. looks like my worries about running out of game were unfounded.

Abandoning Front Mission 4 for the time being... got Demon's Souls and Infamous yesterday, which should keep me busy for quite some time. FM4 is just really slow, but damn I would like to finish it sometime. Just feels like each mission takes an hour or so now, when you factor in pilot/wanzer setup.

I also kinda hate having to control the garbage regular army units.

Nothing of value will be missed in dumping FM4. Ring of Red is a superior mech combat/strategy game in all aspects.

Also why is Sunny a girl, or is it a boy who we think is a girl? Olga always said the Patriots had her son, not daughter. Either way, Sunny is a likeable character and cute comic relief.

I hate how you can't lean against walls though like in old MGS.

Overall though, loving it. Story is epic and it feels like it might be climaxing soon but I know there is another act after I finish this one. Just got to Crying Wolf so I assume this act is near end.
