I'm (terribly) playing demon's souls. stuck on adjuciator in 4-1.... keep fucking up the dodge timing, and when it's the OHKO move... well, there's goes 15 minutes and a bunch of souls down the drain.

Stay behind it and try your best to move while its attacking. Since it's weakpoint is closer to its side than its front, then you can come out from behind it, poke it a bit, then go back. Imo its probably 10x harder to try to dodge while in front of it, but if that works better for you then stick with that.
Edit: I lost more souls on the bridge with the gold skeletons than the boss itself >.>
I came really close to killing it a couple times by just blasting it with magic from the front. But I keep fucking up the dodge for the OHKO.
Maybe I'll try a melee approach again.
I own the cliff though; the Gold skeletons are easy to take down with magic missile. Same with the Mantas. Too bad I keep wasting all those easy souls ; ;
ah, finally. and didn't take a single hit. just did the melee thing like you suggested, being real cautious and aware of my stamina bar for rolls/sprints to the back.
Play #2 on DA: Origins to get some more trophies.
Starting into Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 as well.
I don't know how my friend did he, but he got his platinum on that the other day, and it took him seven playthroughs.....
At any rate, I've been spending way too many hours on Fallout 3 lately. I just got back into it a couple days ago, and couldn't stop playing. I'm surprised how involved the quests are in the title, and how some overlap or lead up to another. Keeps getting better as I progress.
Just glad I'm not going OCD on maxing out skills for everything, or I'd go crazy trying to look-up where all the skill books are just to maximize my spending of skill points each new level.
(I'm just going the "get skill to 80, then use bobblehead to 100 it" route, simple and effective for the stuff I actually care bout)
Its pretty easy to max out a bunch of skills without the books anyway, especially with Broken Steel.
That I have (along with all the other DLC, got GOTY edition during xmas sale since I'm a cheap-ass >.> ).
I just need to get off my ass and head over to Bethesda to get my lockpick bobblehead. Bugs me how many times I've come across a 100-lockpick door, where-as I'm at 81. (stupid book)
Game started getting a bit easy for me in the middle of the Wasteland Explorer quest (I did it really late, as far as main quest is concerned, I just got my power armor training), and it loaded me up with so much fucking ammo and aid-related items that I can just pretty much rambo anywhere I want. I think it was a bit of an oversight to allow ammo/particular-airs to be weightless. The fact I can carry a whole barrage of mini-nukes on me seems a bit broken.
Bayonetta(100% done, but still playing it 'cause I love this game so much), Magna Carta 2 and Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World
finally got around to renting infamous, what a shitty game that was. Decent ideas surrounded by poor execution, terrible storytelling, and bugs/glitches. bleh.
Sorry I took so long to answer, I usually don't log on at all over the weekends. That's a picture from the show Community. If you haven't seen the show think the Office in a community college environment. The college decided to make a mascot that wasn't offensive to any sex, race, creed, etc. So that is the Greendale Community College Human Being. He shows up in random episodes just out of nowhere for a split second. Enough just to make you think if you really saw him or not. Plus he's creepy as balls.sorry to interrupt but
wtf is this ??
Beat Army of Two: 40th Day and started playing Valkyria Chronicles again. So much fun going back and getting vengeance on all the tough fights I went through when I was lower levelled. I'm still attempting to get all the medals though. Also trying to find ways to go and get the A ranking on all the fights. Which is proving to be difficult.
Coming up to my 4th playthrough on Demon's Souls, currently playing Red Alert 3 though and if anyone else is playing it could maybe do some co-op (playing on PS3).
Also just messing around in Rock Band 2 also, just did Impossible challenge on expert last night. Rachet and Clank should be arriving today via GameFly also.
And on Xbox, Forza 3 and Blue Dragon.
Just finished Uncharted 2 this weekend and am at the final boss fight on Resistance 2. I kinda missed the storytelling from Resistance 1, I hope they go back to offering more actual story for Resistance 3. Loved Uncharted 2 of course. Now just waiting for the release of White Knight Chronicles.
Resistance2 has a good story, it's just that most of it is told through the Intel this time (including the Intel found from Co-Op online). The Competitive multiplayer is still really awesome!
make sure to beat Sephiroth while she's watching. guaranteed sex afterwards.
Had to have gotten Prototype confused with Infamous.
I'm waiting to hear about this too hahaha.
Maybe he just a sports gamer or rpg gamer (not trying to poke fun at you or anything. Theres nothing wrong with like some games over others)
