Anyone tested new chocobo foods?

According to patch notes:

A new type of chocobo fodder has been introduced which has the effect of causing chocobos still being reared to
forget the abilities which they have learned.
The ingredients required to craft this new item can either be purchased using chocobucks, or harvested directly from the wilds of Wajaom Woodlands and Bhaflau Thickets.

The only new food items for chocos that have been added to wiki so far are Lethe Consomme and Lethe Potage. I made a synth of Lethe Consomme and tried feeding it to a bird that was born with the useless Auto-Regen and it had no effect other than filling its belly up a little.

Has anyone else tried these foods out and knows more? Is their effect limited strictly to abilities learnt by the bird itself and can't be used to erase inherited traits? The wording makes me think the bird woud have to have learnt it itself but then again this is SE and nothing's for certain. Or do you need to keep feeding them the food until they forget their abilities sort of like telling stories where result is random?

I haven't tested anything yet but with the update I find myself needing a new racer; low RCP is too much of a liability now ;;

Will test if I get the ability that I don't want.

I fed my Chocobo a Lethe Potage. There's was nothing special during the feeding cutscene, but when I checked my Chocobo had forgotten the ability it had been born with (I wanted to keep that).
I fed him another Lethe Potage and my Chocobo forgot the accidentally learned ability.

Maybe the Consomme only works some of the time, while the Potage works all of the time, or maybe the Consomme takes till the new day to work its magic.

Consomme still hasn't worked (the synth gave me 4 and I've been stuffing them down her beak) but time to cook some Potage then. Ty for the information.

EDIT: Yup, Potage made it forget Auto-Regen immediately. \:D/
