Everyone is posting their character IDs right? I am assuming so, but i wasn't sure if some of you are posting your Game ID. Game ID is what you log in with, character name can be something else and as far as i can tell your character name is what the search wants. Figuring none of you are on is all.

For those of you with improved skills, which do you guys recommend? I have sniper, assault riffles, psychic, and CQC. However, I don't like the molasses-like movement of my character ;(

I just don't see that ever happening... since they want MGO to play almost exactly as MGS4 with very few differences. The pace is just how it is... was hard as hell to get used to at first. Coming from COD4 it felt like i wasn't moving at all.

I still haven't played much, only a handful of times in the last week, but i usually have Assault, Handgun/Knife/CQC, Sniper/Submachine/Narc. I switch them around depending on the mode and map.

Ended up getting a Pigeon Emblem "Prefers not to kill." last night after just one match were i tranq'd 6 people. Figured it would take way more than that but w/e

Probably upgrading the servers already, they've been pretty busy.

At work and i cannot check, but you are far from the only one out there having issues. That error was the same one in the beta before it went live... so my guess is that yeah the servers are down for whatever reason.

I am hearing now though that some people are getting back in.

Now it's telling me my Game ID or password is incorrect, and I'm positive it's right.

Yeah, same thing also happened on the Beta during downtime. They have a huge lack of "Server Offline for Maintenance" signs apparently =P Don't worry about it, your info is correct, their servers being down just earn you some fun errors!
