Lay off the mentor tags, yeah most of them are morons, but some of us actually wear it because random newbies do sometimes do the mentor search thing, and would prefer they ask random newbie questions to someone who isn't a dolt who likes to pretend he's swinging 5% faster.

So far the best I've worked out for the many people I've tried to explain about the earrings latent is "<Earring> (stat in question, <Haste> +5%, <Attack bonus>, <Accuracy bonus>) <Activate>: <Sub> <Job> = (sub in question, /DRG <Dragoon>, /DRK <Dark Knight, etc)"
