May not be the best time to invest on dusk gear with Bonanza rewards around the corner but yeah, he could use a HQ amemet, Hagun, better head piece and a better earring.

rdm in my party was meleeing, but "i can haste 3 people but 4 is too many". shock horror, as soon as she stopped meleeing we all had haste. she got around 10tp per fight and kept asking the amano sam to make light with her.

not pictured, amano sam who started out tping in domaru/wyvern helm, never checked him but he did seem to improve after an hour or so (ie took domaru off). a friend told me he took a break for like 2 or 3 years so i didn't want to be harsh.

Moon is a cool guy, He was on a 1-3yr break at one time so most of his gear is old so no salvage or assault gear to my knowledge.
