ex, y would a pld fulltime wlegs in a exp party

time and place for many pieces of gear

I don't see a major issue in plds wearing that (if they don't have B-mask) as long as they compensate with haste in other slots. Having no haste at all /nin is pretty retarded though. (and I highly doubt that pic was taken in the split second of an JA or other gearswap).

Pretty sure Eanae isn't pointing out anything to do with the hat. It's more of the fact that the guy is /nin and has no haste gear whatsoever. I guess he could swap in his haste stuff every utsusemi cast... if he has it. He'd need to swap it in for Flash too though sooo ya.

That's what I mean, he'd have to swap it for both Utsu and Flash, which is what...like 80% of what a PLD/NIN does? Instead of blinking in and out every single time he casts shadows/Flash he could idle in the Haste and use the non-haste pieces for the occasional JA, and be less annoying to work with and just as if not more effective. Would make much more sense to me either way.

tbh I don't seem to care as much when it's someone who's in a good shell who I know is a decent to good player and will eventually have better gear when they hit 75, but when they aren't and they also say this it doesn't help much...
