Lend your boyfriend your haub+1 and speed belt when he goes out to level WAR, while you make do with his NQ and a swift belt incase you're needed on WAR, sure.

Hanajin is my boyfriend. He and I share much of our gear because we're rarely on the same type of job at the same time.

For example, when he's on THF, I'm usually on WHM, in which case he has Scorpion Harness, Sniper's x2, Merman's Earrings x2 (if DDing or no brd), Amemet +1, Spectacles, etc.

When I'm on WAR or MNK, he's pretty much always on BRD or WHM. He was on WHM (which is superbly geared) today at Sim, but then one of our other WHMs showed up but we knew our usual THF couldn't make it, so Hana rushed up to Jeuno and back as THF, with no time to get any gear from me (plus, I was using much of it as I was WAR).

And just as clarification, in part because we do have several 75THFs in our ls, Hanajin's THF is a low priority job. His WHM and BRD as well as my WAR and RDM (and consequently my own WHM) are the high priority jobs.

Of course, you wouldn't have a clue how any of the gear we have works, Miss "I had to get my BF to do Maat fight for me because I'm a shitty RDM." You're a disgrace to female gamers.

I could've posted your gear in threads like this dozens of times over the past year (Hell, I even defended you because I believed you could learn and improve...guess I misjudged you), but I didn't because you were my friend. And we never got anything from anyone. We bought our gear ourselves. Hell, we didn't even get end-game gear from our last two attempts at an HNMLS. We let others get it first.

First of all, get your own gear and you wouldn't have this problem. You share your incomes and still can't afford a decent set of gear for one of your characters, let alone both.

Hmmm? Really? Have you seen our gear? No, I don't think you have. As I said, THF is low (practically no) priority. We only bring it out when we don't have one of our LS's career THFs present or for the occasional duoing/trioing (THF+whm/brd or THF+WHM+BRD), which Hanajin's gear is more designed for (he's got well over 300 Evasion Skill on THF, without full merits). Oh, and if you knew anything about THF, you'd know that's what Melody Earring +1s are for. +12 total evasion skill. I use them on MNK, too, when I'm tanking, in place of my Merman's Earrings.

Second of all, she did beat Maat before she continued leveling you self centered little tramp. I wanted to try it with the test she had while I was at her house one day, and I somehow managed to beat him with no meds, and claim the record. (Yeah, I'm such a gimp, huh?) I've been called the Pashhow Hermit for spending months on end, farming every single day to pimp out my WHM. I've done the same in Zi'Tah. I paid for all of my gear except for my Haubergeon, OKote, and Brown Belt, all of which were gifts from old boyfriends. I've paid for Sniper's x2. I paid for Altima's Optical Hat (which cost 1 mil back then) before I even met you. I've paid for SH, Strike Subligar, Hauberk, Merman's Earrings, Noble's Tunic, etc. Yes, I paid for my Noble's Tunic. The only thing I've ever recieved from a JP Player was a Composite Fishing Rod back in January of 2004.

And that party with my whm? Haha. I was the only healer. No Refresh. Fighting Dhalmels that were too high level for the party (mid 60s, bottom dhalmel camp? Haha) with shittily geared DDs and tank. The NIN in that party was parsing lower damage output than the DRG's Wyvern and couldn't keep his shadows up when he actually had hate. You had hate most of the time, but a naked mnk/war would've been taking hate off that NIN, and you had no idea how to actually tank as mnk.

But yeah, you go on believing it was my WHM that was the problem. For reference, here's a rundown of my self-obtained WHM gear in the upper 60s (it's changed a little now that it's lv70): Light Staff, Dark Staff, Wind Staff, Ice Staff, Earth Staff, Gold Hairpin, Noble's Tunic, Grandiose Chain, Antivenom Earring, Magician's Earring, Healer's Mitts, Healer's Briault (for enfeebles), Healer's Pantaloons (for Banish/Flash), Savage Loincloth, Healer's Duckbills, Serket Ring, Ether Ring, Blue Cape, Jungle Stone (Qiqirn Sash +1 wasn't out yet, I believe).

Of course, you thought WHM could go /nin and be a DD. lol Otherwise, you went lol/blm.

I pretty much always have our melee DD gear because his THF is never called out to DD. It's only ever called out to tank (which can be done in pure evasion gear with virtually no DD gear at all) or just be a TH whore.

He pretty much always has our WHM gear because my WHM is almost never called on for anything (it's only lv70 and has been on hold at lv70 for nearly two years because I vastly prefer playing my other jobs), and when it is, it's never something I can't handle without gear.

And, when we're both on at the same time, we're together anyway. We pretty much never do anything seperately.

When I am on without him, or he without me, we just dualbox if it's that important. Seeing as we're also about to move in together, it's becoming even less of an issue. =P

I will agree though that it can get annoying, and if he were going to seriously focus on any melee DD job, we'd start doubling up on more melee oriented gear. We are starting to double up on more mage gear, though, since I've decided to pull my RDM out of retirement.

I was never invited to your shell, and I never once wanted to be in it. Green wanted me to come wipe at your events because you tried to have her on lock down 24/7 instead of letting her have fun. Also, I was never booted, I dropped pearl after that ZM fight that you guys almost made us wipe on that I could've easily duo'd on WHM/NIN since my MNK wasn't high enough at the time.

The reason you didn't get any end game gear is because you wipe to everything, and do things like kite Genbu. And yes, we know you kite Genbu, because you asked Furionstormrage to kite him for you once. The only things I think you managed to kill were ground NM's like Serket, which can be duo'd.
